Oh yeah. The moment when Dennis put on a red vest, got on a motorcycle and chased a Velociraptor, threatening with a big cannon with a harpoon - tongs is my favorite scene in Jurassic Park.

3:05 This version of Newman seemingly took the same steroids as Skinner and can now literally break a Dilophosaurus in half with his bare hands.
The thumbnail made me think that it was a custom of a leaked product because it looked like a bunch of reused items
pretty sure the bike is a retool from the dino rivals baryonyx and owen set that had a bike and some compys, the "dna extracter" is absolutely a reference to the old water squirter back pack, i guess it was the most kid friendly thing they could come up with instead of flamethrower or tranquilizer gas gun lol. gotta love how kenner turned everyone into an 80's action hero star with there ripped physique lol.
Strangely, they gave it the 1993 female raptor head even though it’s supposed to represent the 2001 male raptor.
Even if I hadn't grown up on the Kenner line and was getting all of the '93 classic line anyway just for the nostalgia, I HAD to get this for Dennis "Shredry" alone, the chubby face just makes it even better. The only thing that would make this better would be if this "DNA extractor" was a water squirter like the original Nedry had, still appreciate the homage to it here. I got charged for mine from Target but no shipping notification yet, hopefully this week I'll get one. Nice review as always Andy!

I saw this earlier at Target earlier and when my mother pay this, one of the Target's staff said it's too early to sell it so they decided to take it back.
Even though I couldn't get one anyway, at least she paid another package involving the Hammond Collection Carnotaurus. I got the Hesperosaurus at Walmart just to make up the Dennis Nedry Track and Chase being taken back by the staff.
Total bummer.

The backpack "DNA extractor" thing is almost exactly like the backpack on the original kenner nedry figure but that one would shoot water

I like this raptor, but it's not really Kenner esqe. More Hasbro. Almost wish they used the cyclops colors
Intentional or not, the colors on the Raptor reminds me a lot the Chaos Effect's Velocirapteryx !!!

@@AtrociCollector not only is the raptors sculpt really bad, it’s not even a Jurassic park three raptor. Plus it’s not even from 93 AND it’s missing nail paint which the original figure had. Also the bike is insanely low effort with only a few half assed stripes tacked on, it barely even resembles the strike cycle. And nedry being buff makes zero sense. They should’ve either done an actual Kenner nedry or just Done a full fledged skinner remake because this looks like ass. Also there’s no baby dinosaur?? Why? The other sets had one. Overall it’s just a lazy cashgrab that shills will buy in droves
@@JurassicBattleDroid didn’t Kenner make a buff Nedry too? And what’s wrong w ppl buying it? It’s not that big of a deal. And rmb, this is js the start of the 93 Classics continuation so there’s more to come. If Mattel is willing to continue the 93 Classics, then they surely will add in all the other characters, baby dinosaurs, etc
Also for nail paint or dark washes, we can js add it ourselves. That’s what I’m doing
