That's the worst list I've ever seen. How are the humans stronger than Freezer? It was stated in one of the movies that Goten and kid Trunks are as strong as Freezer. So not only is there no way they are stronger than Cell, the humans would according to your logic also be stronger than Goten and Trunks.

First you need to know that the movies aren't canon except for the Super ones.
Freeza with his 135.000.000 isn't impressive even in the beginning of the Cell Saga.

I dont think Goku's weaker than Super Buu, but either way they're pretty close in power so I dont mind
Kid Buu is weaker than Fat Buu though, the only reason Kid Buu was destroying fat buu was because Kid Buu was actually fighting, using his movement skills, and abusing his physical properties, while fat buu was pretty much just sitting there and taking it all like a little bitch
but Fat Buu is actually Kid Buu who absorbed the Grand Supreme Kai, meaning power wise Fat Buu would actually be stronger since hes just Kid Buu with an addon, Fat Buu just as a worse play-style and is seemingly dumber than Kid Buu and lacks combat skills, but like I said, Fat Buu holds more power, he just doesnt use it right
Cell Vs Dabura is debatable since im pretty sure they were stated to be on similar power scales, but id say overall Cell is stronger so imo you'd got that right
Cell Jr's werent listed on the list, but nice edition
All though the Cell Jr's were actually stated to be just as strong as Cell, so im assuming by "cell" you're talking about Super Perfect Cell
And id say everything else is correct

Majin vegeta could blow up the entire earth plus the solar system (because of what cell said in the manga which vegeta should be stronger than him at this point) couldn’t even delt with kid buu which gohan should be stronger than kid buu because he was able to stand up against buutenks

Insert gohan as number 2 or 3. It's debatable whether ssj3 goku received a zenkai and passed gohan but no way is gotenks stronger tham gohan.

Goku got only 1 Zenkai, which wasn't massive. So Goku was below Gohan
I was trying to find the guide, or when Toriyama himself said that Gohan was the strongest unfused character, but here saying Gotenks is stronger than Gohan is just criminal.

Cause Yamcha is not stronger than Frieza, and he DEF is not stronger than Master Roshi
u need to list arcs man, cause there was never a point where master roshi was stronger than King Cold, but weaker than both Yamcha and Frieza
Current Roshi > King Cold > Yamcha
OG Roshi < Current Yamcha < King Cold < Literally any version of Frieza
Current/Super Frieza > Any Roshi > Any Super Yamcha > King Cold
15, 14, and 13 are properly placed SO FAR
12 11 and 10 are properly placed SO FAR, but again the arcs should be listed on every one of them, cause current piccolo is stronger than 12 11 and 10 as well
Cell is NOT stronger than current trunks, A17 or A18, your power scaling has so far been VERY inconsistent and wrong
Same with Goten and Gotenks, they're also not stronger than current trunks, A17, or A18
Majin Vegeta would get molested by nearly every current character listed, he doesnt even remotely stand a chance against Goten and Trunks currently
Gohan is stronger than Majin Vegeta and Majin Buu, goodjob! BUT
Gohan is NOT weaker than Goku or Gotenks, hes stronger than both of them, or at least at the time of the Buu Saga
but at least you correctly placed Vegito at #1

I put trunks below Cell because in the end of Z he wasn't as strong as super perfect Cell and for the others I did my best to make the list accurate👍
