- Light Gauge Steel Structure system is based on erection of a base structure, by assembly of factory made cold formed galvanized light gauge steel sections and subsequently fixing of panelling materials to form walls and floors with/without insulting materials.

What will be the cost of 20*30 ft house?
Since LWS leads us to precise, faster, and cost effective construction. With reuse and recycling of material. But does it leads to sustainable construction. As we are targeting to acheive the zero carbon construction by 2050. And also in production of 1 ton of steel around 1.6 tons of CO2 is released. But still it is much better and sustainable construction, if we compare with conventional construction. As also many regions in India have the hot climate, which increases the energy demands for heating and cooling. This LWS construction will lead to less energy consumption, and reduce the lifecycle cost.
