    I use the snap on peg style socket organizer and it does really well, but I am a big fan of peg style organizers in general. The black one is a lot better looking and has never had an issue, I got it for "free" when I bought my socket sets.

    I use the long trim pad tool for getting wiring that is pinned down with the “christmas tree” style push pins. Especially when pulling transmissions or something like that where they are up in tight places.

      I never though of using it for that. Many times I'm trying to see how I can fit my arm in a very tight space. Appreciate the comment!! Thanks and hope you are having a good weekend !!

    Also the snap on seat creeper is really comfortable and good. I use it every single day and its awesome.

      Excellent and thank you!! I always ask for opinions on those who have purchased because as we all know, Snap On is expensive. You saw my other two creeper seats, and well, they are just embarrassing. Thanks again and hope you are having a good weekend !

    I have the 3 piece trim pad tool set I really like them. I used to have a Napa set and it tore up all the clips. Since I started using the snap on ones it hasn’t really happened to me anymore. I really like them

    Harbour freight sells maximum?

    • @GarageKing
      @GarageKing  10 месяцев назад +1

      No LOL, but good catch on my comment !! What I meant was that its just an off brand, Maximum, Harbour Freight, or Husky. I think they are pretty much the same for that magnetic dish. Happy Sunday to you :)

      What do you mean ? Its Snap On !! Just kidding, I know its super expensive and I'm very selective as to what I buy from them. The one thing is they do make good stuff. Happy Friday to you :)

      @lupastuff 10 месяцев назад

      @@GarageKing I agree they have good stuff , but there are so many other brands that are good for a lot less money . I see some people invest $30,000 in Snapon and they could have used that $30k and bought a car .

    • @GarageKing
      @GarageKing  10 месяцев назад

      @@lupastuff You are right, but you know the funny thing is, that 30K in snap on tools is probably worth close to that 10 years down the road. I bought most of my tools years ago earlier in my career and now they are easily twice the price (if bought new) and it would be very easy for me to get my money back. When I bought they were expensive, but not like 10X other brands, so it was a little more reasonable. Plus back then there were not as many high quality tool makers as there are today. Many tools don't need to be Snap On, but there are a few I would still pay for, especially if you are in the trade. Appreciate the follow up :)

      Appreciate the feedback on the tool, I want one for my dogs LOL :) I'm going to see what my dealer can do on this one, the Amazon one just does not hold up. I wonder if this one is more because the lights pop off? They are magnetic on this one.

      @GarageKing I did have one magnet fall off, but super glue fixed that. They don't like brake fluid who would have thought.

      @@notme6071 Good to know and thanks for responding. Ya brake fluid, you would think being in the shop they would be resistant to brake fluid. Appreciate the tip !! Enjoy your weekend :)
