I wonder why they used the Mario Party 1's version ofthe music for "Shy Guy Says" even though the version here is based on Mario Party 2's version of the minigame. In my opinion the music doesn't fit really here. Not a huge issue obviously, but they still could have remixed MP2's music for this.
I hope they bring back a few more mini games from 7 and 8, from 6 I wanna see the Bowser mini games, and Donkey Kong mini games. The few mini games I wanna see is the Strawberry Shortcake one, where you have to guess by memory or else there would be a bomb in platter. The Goomba catching one, the cleaning windows tag team, and the dusting 1v3, I think the smoothie making one was in 7.... the stamping mini game, the free falling one at night, and the in the morning you'd have to climb up.
Instead of the respective game's minigame ending theme, the retro minigames in Super Mario Party Jamboree all use the regular minigame ending theme (just like the new minigames).
I mean yeah it’s not as good as the OG but tbh if you really try to get most of the coins before the other players it’s more fun and not as dumb easy as it looks. I found out you can jump over the bricks so when I play it now I make an effort to get as many coins as possible without falling with the platforms falling behind. I mean again yeah the OG is better but I’m able to enjoy the remake for what it is. It’s still more fun than gate key-pers which is just stupid luck and unfair.

8 gets disrespected hard it’s insane. I get the bad motion controls but they could have added some of the motion controls mini-games from that game or remove some of motion control from 8 to this game.

Some of these mini games I don't agree with. I love plenty of them like shy guy says and Leaf leap, but others are questionable like Bumber Balls and Snow brawl.
Bumper balls is also a downgrade compare to superstars. Its almost impossible to knock others down and usually ends up with at least 3 players left that cant knock each other down. I think its because the balls are less bouncy and the area seems bigger. If everyone just hangs out in the middle you cant knock anyone down because the area is too big. So it always ends with at least 2-3 players remained. Shy guy says is better in jamboree though imo because he sometimes fakes the flag twice. In superstars he would fake the flag only once.
