@@tubeyou316 that is true and the alphys true lab is actually gasters lab which explains the determination syringes because gaster was determined to find the correct mix of the syringes but every expiremwnt failed so he tried using the skull looking machine resulting him to "disappear" but he actually was in a black void when he tried the huge machine so yeah insanity is an alternate universe too

And one more thing I just noticed something if Sans has Alter version of himself then Sans can be Dust,Killer,Horror,Insanity,Geno and Error I don't know if this confirmed theory
It is, a lot of them happen during genocide though, like Dust his timeline happened after 300 or more genocide runs in a row, killer, well he was possessed by Chara, Horror it is the neutral run then not doing a reset, Geno, well it is Sans injecting Determination into himself and losing in the last fight then is stuck in the start menu I believe, and Error is a future version of Geno, then I learned today from a lot of people, who I am thankful for telling me this, that Insanity was created by a experiment that Gaster did to Sans, but there are a few more other AU’s that are alternate timelines as well

The GlitchTale universe is the Future timeline that Sans found out how to save Gaster from the Void and fuse his soul to another soul or human soul and Betty is from secret room that cannot be seen in Undertale game
@@yinyangray1364 the error one isn't confirmed, so people fight over if that is his origin or isn't, tho if we take a look at the list, we can add fatal error as a possible timeline(but maybe not bc he is created outside it idk), bc technicaly he is a geno, who survives his encounter with error.
One thing that i forgot to mention was that fatal error can see codes and his only goal is to rebuild his papyrus.(which is practicaly impossible using other au code btw)
