I had no technical expericence , also, i am from non- technical background( Accounting), However,i am continously practicing coding and watching videos again and again to understand python . Though, i am starting writing python lately, but i am really loving the this . Thank you @Google for making this course very easy to understand and learn.
I just finished week 1 and MAN, I'm exhausted. I knew this course would take longer than expected because Python is new and there are a lot of concepts to memorize. He is a great teacher though and I look forward to reviewing everything I'm learning
1:13:32 Identation - def deliberately make things difficult for someone. I couldn't resist, it's nearly impossible to create nearly 20 hours of content without any errors, but that is humorous, to me at least. Great job, I hope that this series will help more people find their way into the Information security field, for their sake as well as the safety and security of our data and networks. GL to everyone trying to make a difference for themselves and their families, and those who sacrifice their time to help them get ahead.
This course has a more excellent, understanding with details, coding, applications and writing coding. As, an online and remote business owner, this will help me in my career and cyber sercurity.
It is worth it. I just completed the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate today 5th June 2023. Although, I spend an average of 12 hours every day for 30 days. I enrolled on 05th May 2023. I started the program without any background order python basic, both today, I can use Linux, Suricata, SQL, Python, and Splunk tools. It helped me to develop security mindset. I am really happy. Mind YOU, IT ALSO GIVES 30% discount for CompTIA certification. Next two weeks will be preparation for interviews and elevation pitch is next. I am sure I will be in the first 10 CANDIDATES to complete it today. That is if there is people are also crazy marathon learners like me. I penned down every word from the videos, made note from the reading and worked all the lab activities. My notebook is about 600 PAGES. I just wanted it to sink into my brain and i call recall them unconsciously. It was a great moment for me especially someone who is new to cybersecurity. During this month, i spent 318 hours learning cybersecurity, checking your reference resources and caught extra bit completion certificate from Cyberprotect and DoD unclassified training. It is time to go and complete my IT SUPPORT Professional Certificate that I stopped at course 2 to enable me complete Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate. I can assure that your life will change if you take the courses lie your life depend on it. Use the extra suggestion resources. The more you expose yourself to cybersecurity resources the more it becomes easier for you. Increase exposure to those materials is more like you are training your brain repeatedly. It is difficult, especially, if one is new to tech. But it is doable
I find the language of Python to be familiar, but also a little different based on my experience with Matlab, Basic, C and Fortran. I’m hoping that as I learn more about this programming language, that the structure and syntax becomes more natural and intuitive. I would love to build high fluency and land a great employment offer for a relatively long term Python project. If any of you guys know of any opportunities please send them my way. I would be extremely grateful 😊. Finally, a sincere “Thank You!” to the Google team for this Cybersecurity series and all the other fascinating creative projects ❤! Nice work Angel.
Great course but i want to learn Hindi language full tutorial. I request you for this course translate in hindi language.❤ Please can you make hindi language video.
This course (7) has issues with the exemplars unfortunately, they don't show the answers only my coding mistakes. I had refreshed many times to see where I went wrong. I was doing well until this course, I am struggling to get through it.
2:11:35 how it prints account lock error if the failed login list contains only 2 entries on "eraab" ? the counter variable will only get max value 2, but the if condition is set for >=3
If this series is going be like to be an ethical hacking course, like oscp or ceh ? If yes then I will be grateful to google please cover reverse engineering, major exploits etc aswell
not sure how i ended up here, I'm very good at python, learning security. I don't suggest this video, find something more concise and faster. you just need a "intro to python" video, this is nothing to do with sec regardless
# I just has done it like below and it worked: def count_user(): with open (r"c:\users\ahmed\desktop\users.txt", "r") as f: f_read = f.read().split() for username in f_read: i = f_read.count(username) if i > 1: print ("user ({}) has attempted {} logins".format(username, i)) print(count_user())
Good question! On our RUclips channel, we offer the videos so you can get a preview of the content before enrolling. If you'd like to access the full certificate program, including assessments and hands-on labs, you can take it through Coursera. In the U.S. and Canada, Coursera charges $49/month after the initial 7 day free trial period. In other countries where the Google Career Certificates are available, your cost may be lower. goo.gle/47Sw5kz

Why not 3-7 instead of 3-6 if the integers are 3 ,7? I thought I included the value of '0'.😵💫

The file you provided, i think, mistakingly from the next course. Look at this please. It has interchanged with the next course's file.
Thank you for catching this! It has now been updated with the right file. 😄
