@@genochen125 what? Lol
I’ve been teaching to “pull your racquet” for years and it works GREAT. I think it’s the best way to teach all ground strokes. Hasn’t hurt my players at all to learn this way.
And what are their achievements? Did you make any pros out of them?
No pros but many nationally ranked juniors and college players. However Nick Bolleterri has sure had a bit of success teaching “pull the racquet”. I’m pretty sure he has had a pro or 2 teaching this. Haha
Best advice for a natural forehand ever!
If I understand correctly, focus should be on passive position of wrist, and not an active manipulation of it - the wrist lag is created by the weight of the racquet, not actively forced by you. Good tip, for me, an adult who tends to overmuscle things.
Really helpful video! I’m going to try this :)
Very valuable insight!
Hi, do you have tips on how to get a left turn at the impact I get in part
Great and perfect👌Thanks a lot!
Thank you for your comment and let us know if there any other topic you are interested in learning about.
Thanks for the best ways to play better. I play with fun more now.I am 67 years old.I want too come to play with fun again.Thank you
Great Video. Stay relaxed seems to be the mantra in all sports to excel. Does your grip intensity change at the point of contact and is the racquet so loose that it practically flies out of your hands.
too much talk on intro. not good video
i understand wrist lag is a essential element of modern tennis forehand. as well as getting under the ball to create topspin. but these two are a recipe for airy floating low paced balls easy to attack from ur opponent if not done correctly. or even if its done properly its still whippy spinny ball. can u teach how to drive and hit the ball somewhat flat so as to attack ur opponent or end the point more quickly?? i can keep the ball in but its just that. i can never end or close the point. thnx.
Hi man, thanks for the cool videos. The sign up page for your kick serve challenge has a banner blocking access that says" if you are the owner you need to unpause the website to remove this banner". so you can't sign up to anything at the moment. maybe I missed the date? 🤷🏻♂️😊

i really want to commit but i have a bad case of tennis elbow right now and everytime i play it feels like the healing process has to start all over again!
Look also your racquet. I have some similar issue but with yonex ezone 98 i feel so much better

This is garbage!
There are many variation and stages of learning and improving tennis skill. Intentionally beat one tips/school to praise another is ill.
Different person may observe and explain differently and there is no point to state one is wrong or not true over another.

Everything « should be natural ». Unless you’re a genius, things don’t come naturally especially for adults. Pulling the racquet is great advice, IMHO.
