You can use any flavor of ice cream you like
ingredients :
4 eggs
Sugar 140 grams
80 grams of milk
140 grams of flour
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Ice cream with desired flavor 500 to 600 grams
How to prepare:
First, we mix eggs, vanilla and sugar until it becomes creamy and the volume of the ingredients doubles. Then sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder over the ingredients and add half of the milk and mix with a hand mixer and finally add the rest of the flour and milk.
Pour the ingredients into a 30 x 40 mold and put it in a preheated oven with a gas temperature of 200 degrees
Let it cook at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
After baking and cooling, divide the cake into two parts, put one layer of cake in a 30 x 20 mold and spread the ingredients of the ice cream cake on the surface of the cake and put the second layer of cake on the ice cream and put the mold in the freezer overnight until morning. Give and finally cut and decorate
tip :
All ingredients should be at room temperature
