Shame they had to end Plywood_'s run early. She made it to the end of spring yard zone 1 with a time of 0:00, which was WR pace. At least Touchan's run was great, too.
I think the only Sonic I've seen run is 2, with a bunch of zipping. This was fun to watch, I thought something was up as soon as the timer didn't start and she was plywood_ lol Glad it all worked out
Thank you for doing this glitchless run. It's MUCH more interesting to watch the game actually being played (and played well!) than watching runners do zips over and over.
It was a shame that her run was interupted by technical difficulties at first, but I'm glad she got to do the full run after things were fixed! This game is so fun to blast through
I have a question about timestamp 5:38 Is that glitch less because she jumped before the hitbox could hit her,its just really weird to look at and confusing in all honesty,but its really impressive as well.
The hitbox doesn't extend to the bottom edge of the lavafall sprite, so with good timing you can slip beneath them both (though it looks like you're going through them)

I believe the lava does not become an entity until its completely out. Or at least mostly to store data.

why no zipping in marble zone? edit: did not see the glitchless tag there though i didnt think that zipping would be classified as a glitch.
Sega sonic zipping is glitching since you glitch through stuff to shooy around the level and through stuff.
