When I was a young bearded child, I never thought I’d see the day when someone like me would be in the white house.
I didn’t know why Republicans didn’t like JD, and then I saw his comments on Trump from the past. Wow, the man truly has no moral grounds that he will stand on.

It truly saddens me to say this about a fellow Marine , but this guy has no honor. Yes, every once in a while, one manages to infiltrate my beloved Corps. Sorry America 🇺🇸
Not knowing anything about his background, I was _shocked_ to learn he had been a Marine. In my 22 years of service, *every Marine* I worked with was 100% quality. But as you wrote, every now and then one dishonorable dog slips through the cracks.
Wasn’t he in some kind of liaison position though? More administrative than substantive? Even that concerns me - I mean, what kind of representative of the U.S. was he?
Not a Marine, so I did wonder about that. He served as journalist... joined the Marines in 2003 and served as a combat correspondent - or military journalist - until 2007, I assume he still went through basic training, but not a trigger puller. I will say that he doesn't seem to try and upsell his experiene like some.

I feel like the daily show hasn’t been this strong since before Jon left. Desi, Ronnie, Jordan, Kosta are all hilarious as hosts and correspondents, Josh and Troy are funny too as correspondents and then once a week we get a stern talking to from papa Stewart. It’s a great setup.
