Definitely want the RFID and fingerprint. We are having problems with middle school kids leaving to go to the bathroom and then not coming back until right before class. We want to be able to have them log out, log in when they walk into the bathroom, log in again when they leave the bathroom, and then log back into the classroom. As we have 2500 students, I think RFID is a better choice but the fingerprint would be great for students that forget or lose their ID cards. Can you help me by making one of these? Is there a way for the RFID to sense the student without the student touching anything? They log in and out by just entering the room or bathroom. Thank you for this. This is great!
i think you might want to check out uhf rfid, you can then setup an reader above of beside the door and record in/out without hw interaction, you just need to fiddle with the position and type of tags search Dogbone rfid tags, ( this is the same tech used in marathons, etc. ) If you need help , feel free to get in touch.

Hi, It's not that hard to setup the Raspberry IP as a web server, you can install on the PI either LAMP or LEMP then the PI will just replace the local server.

Glad to hear that, It's better to use ESP32, but you have to modify the website with the database quite a bit, since each type uses a different technique.

It does not download data in UserLogs and the table still empty in database , but when I add students, it adds students, deletes them, and logs in. I tried to change the Xampp version a lot , and use MaMp server but do not solve the proplem . What do you think is the reason?
Reset time on code to match your local time. Apparently the way the request is being constructed, the time it expects is different. Look at your php error logs for more info.

Means you must scan the fingerprint on the scanner in order to save that ID for that fingerprint and so on.

Hello, the password is stored in hash(encrypted), so you either stored hashed or in login.php page delete the hashing command

You have to use python to extract the fingerprint data from the scanner then save it in the database

That means the fingerprint scanner isn't connected properly to the ESP32, make sure the ESP32 can recognise the scanner.

But You don't show proper circuit arrangement in your video also fingerprint sensor requires 5v power if we give power from esp32 to both of oled and sensor then it will not work.

I have a MacBook with a M1 processor. I face a problem when I use the fingerprint to record attendance. It does not download data in UserLogs and the table still empty in database , but when I add students, it adds students, deletes them, and logs in. I tried to change the Xampp version a lot , and use MaMp server but do not solve the proplem . What do you think is the reason?
Reset time on code to match your local time. Apparently the way the request is being constructed, the time it expects is different. Look at your php error logs for more info.
hey man coming with another question. I keep getting a lock on the fingerprint showing on the oled display. I tried downgrading to a different version of the board and i have triple checked the wiring but it still shows up. can you help?
The lock icon is to show that the scanner got disconnected from the esp and its not get recognised by it, therefore recheck the wiring.

Sure, you just need a different fingerprint module which support more than 1k fingerprint
