All that cashing out and reinserting did not appear to make it hit. I think it resets and makes it harder to hit,just my personal experience with slot machines,especially blazing sevens.

Not always the case. I was in the Isle Casino today in Fort Lauerdale and hit 5 of the six Blazin 7's machines there. Two of the $300 payouts hit on the first spin! (The other 3 paid the usual $200.)
