I was at Dimash’s wonderful Budapest concert this year (2024). It was a very emotional experience to be there, singing ‘’Let there be unity in the world’ in Kazakh and in three-part harmony, along with Dears from 77 countries! Unforgettable!

Simply exquisite. I’ve been to five overseas Dimash concerts, Each one has a different feel. He sings some of the same songs over and over, but presents them differently. New graphics behind him each time, different costumes, different dance routines and tries to add a song from the country he is performing in and in their language. So respectful. Love him. Another amazing Dimash duo coming out recently is called “Becoming a Poet”. Please react to it. It is about a girl who was born with spinal disorder (she can not move her body even breathing needs a machine), whom doctors predicted would only live for 5 years but amazingly lives till now at 20 years old because she fight so hard to live especially through her poems.

Aloha! Love your reactions to Dimash; I feel the same way as he got me through my long bout of covid. His voice and songs are so beautiful and enjoyable that it got me out of my long journey with having three bouts of covid. I listen to him, Hua Chenyu, Forestella and So Hyang daily! Red Moon Rules has been completely blocked for a couple reactors, but it is the theme song for an animation series movie (?) and is quite different and fun.
Their very first duet was spontaneous. When Dimash met her on a show in China, he said, “I want to sing with you!” The participants were put into booths for some reason while they waited, and Dimash started singing the Nightingale aria. She joined him from her booth. It’s short, but beautiful, and shows her operatic voice:

I absolutely love “I came to Honor Mortal Life.” It plays over and over in my mind. Dimash’s soaring notes thrill my heart and soul. Love you, Christopher.

@@marywebster2488 Here is the great question ! The first hypothesis is that it depends on location. Each country has specific trade agreements with every other country, so one might block the other... or not. However, I have observed more than once there are also differences in restrictions between reactors within the same country. I would therefore conclude that each reactor must be monitored and blocked differently by RUclips’s algorithms. Based on what criteria ? A mystery ! Even a simple visitor to RUclips channels, like you and me, may see their comment or link disappear, while another commenter can freely post endless comments full of links. A mystery indeed !
