Do you have any facts to base that statement on? What's her ranking in F2 - the feeder series to F1 - where even the Champion has a hard time getting a seat in F1. Don't bother to look it up - she's not racing in it. Ok, how about F3, the feeder series to F2, not in that either. I heard she was 9th in the women's open wheel series, so why does she deserve it over the woman that won the series. I did not hear them mention anything about lap times so I don't know how well she really did in this test. Lance Stroll may be one of the worst drivers in F1 but I seriously doubt she would be faster them him - especially over the course of a full race distance - besides her daddy doesn't own the team.
