The main fabric would look great as the I am patterns Helios trousers. The mule tote by Kylie and the machine would be a good match for the fat quarters as a gift for your friend.
That fabric suits you so well, especially with your hair! Some palazzo pants would look amazing, or a nice floaty kaftan like the Suki Robe ❤

I'm sorry you're feeling poorly Ruan. If it makes you feel better to have someone suffer along with you, I have an infected tooth. I know it doesn't sound so bad, but one side of my jaw is so swollen that my head is now lopsided. The worst part? The swelling continues on down into my double chin and one thing my double chin didn't need is swelling lol. If I wasn't so funny looking I'd be crying, it's monstrous! No worries I have antibiotics and pain killers. This too shall pass. I just pity the general public as I'm off to do some grocery shopping shortly. The poor cashier will have nightmares for weeks!

I wish we could download that separately as a pdf ….…anyhoo after watching sewing bee last week I reckon that fabric would make a lovely caftan style dress..maybe the Charlie caftan…but palazzo pants would look fab as well. ..can’t wait to see what you make!
Sorry you aren't feeling well. Must be something going around everywhere. I was sick Sunday and stayed home from work yesterday because I was still feeling wobbly. When I went back today I found out 2 coworkers were also sick and also some of the children from the centre. I work at a childcare care centre with kids from infants to 4 years old. I lust after that fabric. It is gorgeous!! I saw the luxury box and didn't like that fabric at all.
Actually Ruan, you look lovely without make-up, I never liked my Mum wearing lipstick, so I've always hated it, I never wear it. I'm an old Grannie now, so what does it matter. I hope you feel better very soon. Hugs xx

That was fun. I always like watching your unboxing vlogs and I love that fabric. Can't wait to see it made up. You mention your boys making noise and I have heard them occasionally in your videos but I love it. It's almost always happy noise and my children are all grown so I miss that. It always makes me smile and feel like we are actually visiting in your sewing room. Hope you all feel better soon😊

Sorry you've not been well on your holiday Ruan - travelling with a tummy bug is horrendous isn't it, I've been there! 🤢 But how lovely to come home to a lovely box like that - the fabric is gorgeous. I'm a bit like you with having FOMO when watching unboxings but when I did subscribe I found I wasn't loving the fabrics that I got. Might have to treat myself to a one off 😊 Hope you feel better soon xx
Well done for managing to enjoy your holiday and do this vlog while feeling poorly! I’ve also had the tummy bug that’s going around and it knocked me for six! You definitely need to make palazzo pants with that fabric - but have a rest first!

Fun unboxing even if you are sick! I don’t know if you’re aware but I got so poorly last month that I had to go to a local NHS clinic to get antibiotics and be seen! It started off as laryngitis and started to get ugly and acted like bronchitis. The doctor said that I wasn’t contagious so I went to a couple more sewing retreats in England and Ireland but it took a lot out of me to live my life to the fullest while on vacation! Hope you’re well soon. Hugs and loves from Oregon…

He he! I have been using He-Shi. I used to use it when I was younger so treated myself to some again. It’s fab!
