The most crucial time is 2:56 where you see all the water inside tomatoes evaporated.. you MUST keep stirring and cooking till that.. but immediately reduce heat for a couple of minutes at least because of adding Yogurt/curd .. that too into Tomatoes.. curd will break instantly if you don’t keep temp low and also don’t keep stirring continuously
