Looking at the tape deck above, forgotten how easy it was to record music back then, radio, tape to tape or vinyl. Not so easy to record the radio today.
Yup, when hardcore was propa! Some ruffneck ting, some piano, some acid, some techno, breakbeats, samples, vocals, so good, just so good, a real shame the scene split soon after, oh well, it was fucking amazing while it lasted, this set really reminds me of the last big raves of late 92, early 93, damp foggy nights, cars that didnt have power steering, feeling so mullered after gurning all night, with mud up to your thighs from dancing in the same spot for ages, getting handed flyers that promised the earth, then sometimes took out dosh and ran off... good old times i tell ya =)

The first part of the music before mickey finn got introduction was Lock Up by Zero B. Banging tune that mickey finn used to cane all the time. Massive!
God be with the days when you could go out in a pair of shorts and get mashed out of the face all the way into the next day.. watching the sun rising coming down of a load of E , smokin a bit of smack and a few joints.. man I was like the ready brek man in those days!! of the wankers of this world wanted to make it mainstream and then the bottom fell out and it became shirt and ties crap..I am glad I was at some of the best they had in Dublin and Cork.
