Skoda Slavia vs Honda City | Skoda Slavia long term issues?

- Skoda Slavia makes claims of greater dependability and service quality, but the segment leader Honda City continues to sell well, so can Skoda Slavia or even its parent company Volkswagen, with the all-new VW Virtus, compete with Honda City's established market position?
Volkswagen and Skoda have received a lot of complaints since the debut of the Volkswagen Virtus, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Slavia, and Skoda Kushaq, and this pattern hasn't really changed in the present. However, if you intend to get a car, is it accurate to say that these issues, especially the significant ones, may make doing so challenging?
I drive the Skoda Slavia 1.0 l TSI manual transmission, Slavia 1.0 l automatic with torque converter, as well as the brand-new 1.5 l TSI DSG gearbox, and I'm here to tell you everything about the car, including the drive performance, overall handling balance, and ride quality in rough terrain.

The new Skoda car feels and looks very promising. The car still makes for a pleasurable drive, and the cost of spare parts, which was a major concern in the past, seems to have been resolved for the time being. However, only time will be able to provide a more conclusive answer.

how will you compare mileage for each, please comment under normal driving conditions.Also back seat comfort is mostly better in Honda or Kushaq considering when 3people seated together ?

For ride quality purpose Taigun Vs Virtus.
Taigun has 17inch wheel with stiff suspensions
Virtus has 16 inch wheel with slight softer to taigun. Wheel Diameter wise Taigun is 4% better to glide over potholes but stiffness seems more than Virtus. I havent driven both car back to back
In this case for backpain patient which is better? For ingress outgress isnt issue. Backpain is occured only during potholes.
Im aware that kushaq slavia has slight softer suspension compared to VW. but dont wanna go for skoda. Your response will be appreciated.
Virtus' suspension is marginally superior to Taigun's, although both vehicles seem designed more for performance than comfort. Though the Ingress of Taigun is marginally superior, go with the Virtus if you had to pick one vehicle over the other solely based on comfort.
I went with Slavia AT purely because of build quality & fresh new looks compared to aging old Honda city l..

Dont buy slavia. The interior build quality in really bad. Lot of rattling. I am suffering this

@@prateekgpt13 i bought in august. you can see this issue highlighted on multiple youtube channels too. IMHO it is worse than a kwid. i have gone to service 6 times.
@@jovisiddharth6821 its not in the recent lot" I bought mine by feb, and mine was a jan 2023 model. i took 1.0 MT . never faced any issues till now. I agree that interior quality of 2.0 is not par with the older gen Vags, but its till good . and they have sorted out most the problems that raised with their first lot.
