Vacuum Retainer | How's it made?

I do the same process but the thickness in the center is alway thinner. I use 1.5mm splint after vaccum in the center becomes 0.5 and conner becomes 1.1mm. How can i make the thickness the same for all. Thanks

You should wear gloves when doing it, gloves is very cheap.
