You should use cherry tomatos in the alfredo sauce, roast and caramelize whole cloves of garlic and toss everything in a 1/4 cup of white cooking wine, surprisingly moscato works okay. Let the sauce cook down and thicken stirring occasionaly and make sure its covered, the tomatos will take on a nice soft texture and will be infused with the flavors! - The At Home Chef, Matt :)

Thanks to your video, made my own "mighty fine" fettuccine Alfredo.😋 Did mine a little differently though than yours. My ingredients were: 1lb fettuccine, 1 jar of Classico's Basil Garlic Alfredo sauce, approximately 3 heaping spoonfuls of Galbani (whole milk) Ricotta cheese, and a heaping amount of Pecorino Romano. Plus I used splashes of milk sparingly, just to help counteract any thickness the Ricotta might add to the dish. In my case, felt no need for a protein add-in (but not discouraging anyone who may want to). The dish was slamming to say the least. 😋👍😋👍🍴
Ben my guy! I'm a chef by profession and just gotta tell ya man you can easily make your own Alfredo extremely easy. All it is cream, milk, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. I don't know about everyone else but if you did a little cooking show before your feast that would be dope!

That Classico Alfredo sauce is my fave too. I'm a vegan, but I like to make sure that my guests' bellies are happy too. Ben next time try the brand "Barilla" pesto Genovese. Can trow in some smoked tuna , fried peperonies , Chinese garlic prawns and call it East meets West or simply Marko Polo. Straight out of a bottle it is everyones favourite hot or cold.

I'm going to try it that way because it can get kind of annoying when you have to drain the pasta and return it to the pot and I'm always for less dishes. I wish I could of seen you do it step by step but I'll figure it out. And btw I was planning on making fettuchine alfredo. It looks delicious!
