Another top drawer interview, looking forward to some interviews aimed at us fans of an older vintage. I know the likes of Dennis, Gary, Tony, Peter, Sid and others from the glory days are still around the place on big match days.
you all prolly dont give a shit but does someone know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I was dumb forgot the account password. I love any help you can offer me
Loved every minute of this and gives a different view point to everything going on at the time! Very truthful and honest from Paul on this .... top work guys!! Thank you!!
He should be a politician the way he deflects questions. Great work though Mark. It must have been difficult to not ask further probing questions for fear of scaring him off
Man City targeted Villa, Taylor, Milner, Barry, Delph,. The thinking was they were similar clubs at the time , challenging for similar positions. So Villa were weakened and City strengthened. The downward spiral started there. Enjoyed that interview ...
Over an hour and 15 and I’m still none the wiser who signed Stephen Ireland or the thought process behind McLeish’s appointment; arguably the worst decision made in the clubs 146 year history. The only saving grace for Faulkner is that his successor was even more incompetent and arrogant.
Shame he doesn't touch on the biggest secret he most definitely knows about from the Learner days that ended up costing the club our potential and any success we had built up from his first years in owning the club!Getting a local girl Paul knows very well from his days at Barclays pregnant and having to pay her off(Randy that is) the June of 3m+(and a farm house) was just the start! After his wife found out and divorced him to the tune of 600m+ he lost all interest in coming to Birmingham and the club(which he was desperate to sell because of this) and forced the sale of his Dad's credit and financial company. That one act of sexual gratification almost led to the demise of our club and certainly the demise of Randy's credibility both here and in America. To think things could have been so much more and we as fans wouldn't have had to put up with years of potential relegation, bad decision making and miss management all round!Still hope the babies doing well!!
Dead man Houllier was a stupid appointmen the least charasmatic Frenchman ever. Never really left Liverpool nearly got us relegated with a top 6 squad. Bent should have utilised more, ridiculous waist of a proven goalscorer.
Jesus, who’s next guys Randy himself 😂
Keep doing what you’re doing guys it’s fantastic for us fans.
Up The Villa 🦁
These are absolutely brilliant Mat. Keep up the great work!
So interesting to hear this perspective. Another fantastic interview! 👍
Also, I remember that Ashley Young goal - football at its best!

To say the connection with Birmingham had no bearing, I find this pretty strange from u Mat. It was the most disgusting appointment ever.
Dodgy more answer than an politician
