Thanks a bunch, Novita, for your kind words. I agree, there aren't many videos out there to encourage doctoral students or other newcomers to step up to theoretical writings. (Well, there are some, but they strike me as kind of formulaic, not inspiring.) I'm glad the fish theme in the video was not a distraction. I hope it captured the flowing and fluid nature of theoretical ideas coming to fruition. I am awaiting your theoretical breakthroughs and publications. Go for it! Warmest wishes, Jenna
You are very welcome, Spirantizer! And thanks for checking out my channel. If you follow the instructions in this video you can become a famous Information theorist. I hope you do so! All the best wishes, Jenna
Insightful video! As a Masters student who is trying to start my thesis (which will hopefully lead to a PhD!) I have been stuck in a negative spiral of "what more can I contribute to this discourse and how can I express my thoughts/research?" Thanks for this informative video, it's a good place to start and good encouragement!
Thanks for your upbeat comment, Coco! If you are watching videos for inspiration and/or to hone your technique, then you are on the right track, and demonstrate the necesary due diligence. I suspect your future as a PhD is bright. Good luck and please come back again soon!
Why thanks, Hugh. I hope this video inspires you to contribute to our theoretical conversations. I look forward to your publications! All the best wishes, Jenna
Exactly what I am looking for. Thank you very much for very useful and creative video. However the music background might need to be turned down a bit so it’s not distracting or competing with the narration.
Dear Novita, A big thanks for your input. How I wish I could lower the volume on that video! You are quite right. Unfortunately, once a video is up on RUclips, it can't be changed. As a new video-maker, sound has been the most challenging element. With your comment in mind, I will be very careful in future videos. All the best wishes!
Hi there, thanks for your kind compliment. Indeed, I try to make my videos aesthetically appealing and also informative. It's nice to know that someone notices. I hope you are enjoying the field of Information Science and keep coming back to INFIDEOS often. If there are any video ideas you'd like me to pursue, just say so! All the best wishes, Jenna
Oh gosh. I am looking for so long about this topic. Thank you so much. Your video is a real gem!
