Definitely the GENIUS of Damien! I have loved ALL of his albums - was so excited to get this one. They don't come any better than DAMIEN RICE these days!!!!!! They Never Will!

Uh, saying something disrespectful behind someone's back in another language IS no respect! I understand it must be hard to deal with an introvert when you're a jackass in a hurry. The fact he doesn't understand what he did wrong says so much about his personallity.
Why is 3FM the only Dutch radio station with good music? Why do they make us listen to Giel? Love Damien's reaction at 7.59 though.

Wonderful performance but awful mastering. Everything sounds so fake and compressed. Damien is incredible as always, though
yeah, I live in The Netherlands and all the radio stations here use lots of compression. It drives me nuts..

What annoys me about a lot of DJs is that they continuously attempt to talk over a guest musician and in this case, Damien Rice. Great playing by Damien Rice and a truly lovely, heartfelt album.
Just like people wanting the world to revolve around them and selfishly expecting everybody else to behave and do their job in a certain way just to please them.

Geen interesse van Giel, commerciele bedankjes vanaf de radio zender zonder gevoel. Iemand komt speciaal op bezoek, daar neem je de tijd voor... dat plan je in. Als het niet zo goed uitkomt- haal dan een rapper binnen... niet de "stoorzender" uithangen.

he didn't say anything it was just rude how he interrupted him everytime he was thinking about what to say next and cut him off and stuff, damien didn't get to say a thing that he wanted to say until the end of it

Sissi Hamadache He didn't really interrupt him all the time; in the DJ's defence, and as he explains at the end, he has a morning radio show & was rushed ... unfortunate for D Rice however
