Rams system fit Baker air it out mentality give him 5 wide and watch him go to work. He used to fast temp style of play from OU days and he plays better fast. I think this coach and team will bring out the best Baker.
I know Baker has received a lot of hate over the last few years, but I've always been a fan of his. He's a hard working guy who people forget was the best Browns QB in the last 25 years.

How Sean McVay revived Baker's career in just two days was just plain stunning, even as a Rams fan. I know Baker still has game on him, but external and internal factors screwed him up last season.

Last year he was hurt. This year the Panthers play calling & the receiver's trying to get open down field was a joke. I have been a Baker fan ever since he walked on at OU. I wish him and the Rams the best of luck. But don't expect this outcome every game.
I always thought that Baker got the short end of the stick after playing through injury all of last year, and even with a pretty bad performance in Carolina, honestly really glad he has another opportunity to show his worth.

Baker has every reason to get up there and take credit/ clap back at the haters. Instead, he takes the time to credit his team with the win and talk about how they prepared him for this moment. Even though I'm a Raiders fan, and this sucked to lose like this... I am happy for Baker and wish him the best in his revenge tour.

This says a lot about Russell Wilson and Coach Hackett in Denver. Every week, we have heard how difficult it is to gel with new teammates and anew program. 14-weeks in, and Baker does this after 48-hours and a walk thru practice. Congrats to him and his passion and love for football.

I've never heard Mayfield interviewed. I didn't expect him to be so strategy minded - a student of the game if you will. My impression was he relied way to much on raw athleticism to make plays. Listening to him talk about coverages, check downs, etc...shows that he understands he is only one component of a multi-pronged offensive weapon. As long as he continues this approach, I believe he will continue to play and have success in the NFL. It takes a "team" to win in this league. I wish him well.

As a Sooner fan, it’s so relieving. Even Jalen Hurts is improving. Everybody was hating on them just a few months ago, like they forgot he led the browns to the playoffs and almost beat the reigning Chiefs.

Always believed that Baker has great skills but this guy has tremendous passion and desire for the game. He is a winner. Can’t do it all by himself and these receivers did a great job catching the ball in double coverage, running great routes, the O line gave him great protection, etc. He can put a team on his back and win if they give him 100% the way he does every play.

If these guys could actually unleash on the issues behind the scenes at some of these organizations it would be a Best Seller! Top Level Athletes who can't produce in certain organizations under certain coaches or with certain players. The Magic of the NFL is it takes everyone on that team to perform at such a high intense level along with play calling and strategy from the coaches. I would love to hear some honesty about the real life in the NFL.
