I still don't understand why we never got a Partners in Time remake. It was my first Mario&Luigi, and it is an incredible game. I also never understood the slander, with people saying it's the worst one, when Paper Jam Bros is right there
Alphadream was doing financially bad after the SuperStar Saga remake, and they needed to make a game that would make a profit. They figured Bowser's Inside Story was the best option, as it was the game that had made the most. It's a shame Partners In Time didn't get the remake treatment, as it definitely deserved it over Bowser's Inside Story.
@@graphicsubset2911bowser’inside story was waaay better than partners in time imo. Besides the giant bowser battles those are shit in that game, luckily dream team fixed those.
@alexandremontesinos7876 I think BIS was better than PIT as well. That's why PIT needed the remake more than BIS since that game would have benefitted more from it.

@@Kindcabbage1429I think the only main reason the game is disliked (not the paper toads, even tho they are bad) is because they had such a good idea and they could’ve made such a great crossover, they used characters that weren’t special and the plot was lucklaster, I had fun playing it, but the story was lackluster, and I much prefer dream team.
I just finished playing this game for the first time as well. It’s a bit rough around the edges but overall it’s a pretty good game. I think elder princess Shroob is the best final boss in the series (nobody cares about Showser)
Nice catch, I had to replay the game up to this section because i lost this footage and couldn't find footage that was of okay quality. So i just speedran with melonds gameshark lol (also cuz i hate using others footage)
I don't wanna be a hater, but Dream Team is VERY overated nowadays. I didn't like it, but i understand the fact that other people may like it. I may understand to say that it's better than PIT. But saying it's better than SS or BIS is JUST a crime and something that is easily not true.
Dream Team is more underrated these days if anything since it's heyday was pretty much the time it released. People overblow the tutorials and sweep the positives under the rug. SS and BIS are better but if DT had it's tutorials trimmed it'd probably be the best since it had an actual Hard Mode, the most epic music, and the most Mario&Luigi feeling in it.

I think this game is the best, but that's not the most common opinion.

This is my first ever mario and luigi rpg game. And its so hard, i couldn't beat the lollipop shroob boss.

I think its more the interactions in DT that carries me to love it that little bit more
