- This video shows how to remove security restrictions from a PDF protected document, so that you can be able to make further changes in the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat Pro software (delete pages, add text, edit text, etc.)

This will save a form.pdf as a flatfile.pdf. If you require it as a form PDF, you will need to select under forms / create to recreate all the form fields then save again.
may have worked in 2017, but not anymore. I tried it several times and the print option wasn't available in chrome.
Just did it, and it worked perfectly well for me
Don't use chrome, try using firefox. Thank me later dude :)

I get an error message when I try to open the secured PDF in chrome. Error: Failed to load PDF document.
I can otherwise open the file in Acrobat (I need the FileOpen plug in), but it is secured so I can't print it

Working in 2023!! :) Also Pro version not required, post coversion from GC, the file opens w/o restrictions in Simple Adobe Version too.. Thanks @MrAjou
I've never had this problem with PDF files before but now it's literally every PDF file I have that's doing this. Does anyone know why or when this changed?

I am trying to open a pdf password locked file but it says things like it's encrypted and kind of difficult for asking them apps to unlock it...help me out ( the PDF was shared in a WhatsApp group without a password and the person who shared it is no longer part of the group.) What type of file is it if I can't even do what you did in the video? I tried to press the print button, but it seems protected or locked as well. When I tried it with other documents, the print button worked fine.
the output file contains only the following text................

Hi. Someone can tell me how to protect a pdf document, so that when it is copied to another format, only small squares or other images appear and not the original text ( ).
