I feel like anything less than 15$ a month ur losing money so relocate the machines its u fortunate but moving them is probably the better option

This was definitely a rough collection for most my machines. It is slow season though and weather played a big impact. During spring and summer most the machines do better. A few machines should be relocated like you said though. I just dont prioritize that right now, as my main focus is expanding my mini claw machines. At the end of the day my bulk route basically pays for insurance, and other miscellaneous expenses i have for the business. Plus it makes for good RUclips content. Its definitely not my main focus or source of income. Thats why i only collect every couple months, to save on gas and time. Eventually i will try to expand bulk and move slower locations, but currently its not my main focus.
I appreciate you watching and commenting ! Hopefully you stick around on the channel 😁

02:29 I do have a question, you mention that the employee that used to eat the gumballs there no longer works there and you don't really do so well at that location anymore. So why don't you switch the gumballs out with something different? Obviously the gumballs don't do well there so why not put something else that people would want?

Good question. So this machine is in the lobby where customers wait. They have a little kid section for kids to play and color, and thats where my machine. Im mostly banking on kids as my main customers and kids love gumballs. Gumballs are also cheap and last forever. So i think gumballs are the best option for this location. Although a double or triple probably wpuld increase sales slightly, i dont think this slow of a location justifies a bigger better machine.

Are you having to pay a commission to the businesses for these machines ?

I recommend doing .50 cent machines for candy and even gumballs if you can. Prices are going up

Do gum balls sell good in a brake room at a supermarket

Better to have it in the store for customers, but some breakrooms can do well

I have a gum ball machine in a French dip and more restaurants and it is right by the door and how can I bust my sales? I made 72 dollars from September to December last year and it was my first year in business

So youre averaging about $18 a month, thats not horrible. Theres only so much you can do to boost sales. Just make sure your machine is clean, and you have fresh gumballs ( gumballs take forever to expire so not really an issue). Other than that, its just up to the foot traffic of the restaurant, and how many people actually are going to buy a gumball. Id say youre doing great. Maybe save up money for a triple head machine and you could upgrade. That MIGHT increase sales some, having more options for them to choose from. Then you could relocate your gumball machine to a different business/location. Thats really how you grow and scale.
Overall it sounds like youre doing pretty well. Just keep maintaining the machine, and saving your money!

Get out of bulk lol 180 for 2 months is trash . Get one toy rack or claw machine it’ll make that in 1 month

Yeah not seeing it. With gas and upfront costs of machines doesnt seem worth it at all.
