So Last Evaluation is really their last evaluations (you know they have monthly evaluations, and for BM they aired their few last episodes) I mean it was aired many months after the members were decided. I think Blackpink was also formed through evaluations without survival show but they did not show those.
For survival show in general (incl YGTB), they were aired almost LIVE, I mean with some viewers participated in voting
