The orange bucket had been placed on the wet floor. Then, the staff had inverted the bucket onto the mixer to pour out the ground meat. Doesn't anyone worry that the dirty water on the floor might flow into the mixer with the orange bucket?
If I went to these countries I'd starve, how they can start off with food that is recognisable and end up with something that has a consistency of wet chunks of insipid glue or prit stick. 🤢🤮

為什麼底下有幾個在問為何沒戴手套不衛生?..一看也知道這種黏稠度高的食品..帶了手套能工作嗎?..手套不就被黏走要怎麼再戴回去..或者一天為了這個要戴幾次?..何況!!人家也有一直洗手很多次..又是生的還沒煮沸高溫殺菌過...........你吃的麵包饅頭也是黏稠度高..師傅會戴手套製作嗎??...我不是做這行的都知道了..問這問題實在傻眼....再來!! 你說要戴手套...去日本高級高價位握壽司..都是師傅現場徒手製作握在手心拿給你現場吃ㄝ..還溫溫的..你說你怎麼辦?
