Timely and helpful video! Just got the relay. I had to update Firmware and Desktop editor before it would show up in the editor. Also, when restarting the MC6, had to Disconnect USB before restarting, since USB was powering the unit. This is an amazing little unit. Thanks for all the helpful videos!
I may have misunderstood, but this seems like a far more affordable version of Oscillator Devices' Garbage Collector; though not quite as feature-rich, i.e. presets, etc. Check out their RUclips demos for a comparison.
Mate! Thanks for the great video. I got my Omniport relay when they first arrived in Australia and until watching this video I was still struggling to set up tap to my Mythos Oracle thru the MC-8. So thank you! Still struggling to send tap tempo presets from the MC-8. Do you know if that's possible?.. All the best, James
Will the Relay Omniport take a midi input via TRS? I don't have a mornignstar controller, but I would like daisy chain 5pin Din to TRS midi. Do you think that would work?
