    What do you need:
    Chicory or andive
    Butter
    Flower
    Milk (half skimmed)
    Cheese
    Ham
    Broccoli
    Salt & pepper and nutmeg
    Water
    Cream
    Breadcrumbs
    Step by step
    1/ clean the chicory, add in a pot with water and butter and let it boil for 20 minutes. Take out the chicory and let it drip in a sieve.
    2/ make the roux, in a pot heat up the butter (50g), once melted add the flower (50g).
    Add milk and cream, whisk-it till thick, add of the fire some cheese.
    3/ boil broccoli for 3 minutes in hot water with salt
    4/ heat up oven at 180 C .
    5/ roll the chicory in the ham. Put in oven tray add broccoli and sauce.
    Add some cheese on top with breadcrumbs
    6/ bake for 30 minutes in oven
    7/ ready! Serve some potatoes or mashed potatoes.
