A spinning pole combo from my intermediate/advanced technique classes.
Personally, I find this Pegasus stag variation (from "Bow and Arrow") to be a lighter introduction into this otherwise advanced trick. Especially for testing that elbow grip, which could become tough on the shoulders.

I’ve been searching for a routine to learn and this will definitely be it!! After doing pole for a year, I’ve hit a plateau and do the same 3 moves. Learning how to transition and work on flow is definitely what I need!

The Pole Dancer It’s the hip-around spin at :30 after the climbing. I rewatched it at slow speed couple of times to break down the movement and I have tried it; though I lose the momentum and couldn’t get the pole to spin. Do you have any tips for that? Also thank you for responding ☺️!

@@TrangTran-th8xo Ohh, this one! You need a good momentum, so that you don't "hang" next to the pole. The movement starts from the head. Head dives in spin direction, chest and hips turn away from the pole. You need to keep the hips twisted away from the pole, otherwise the centrifugal forces will pull you back facing the pole. Send me a video of your attempts to my email, and I can give you more specific tips there.
