I don't understand how Belarus can be the declared "Miss Intercontinental Europe" and then come in 2nd runner-up below Poland, which is in Europe...? Even if they are name the highest scoring non-winner for continental titles, that doesn't make sense that Poland would score high er & not be Miss Europe.
