Man that's spot on! What a great breakdown of a classic country song, that was actually fairly "progressive country" now that I listen back: overdrive solo, saxophone, etc. Kind of a honky tonl tune, with blues and jazzy rock hints added.

Man I am digging that Telecaster sound. I play PRS guitars right now,which are nice,but would love to get a Fender. Cool thing happened here,my dad who is also a guitarist,asked me to play some Merle Haggard with him,as a local club is gonna have a tribute to Merle soon. I stumbled across your lessons by accident,and just cant stop watching,lol. It seems its meant to be. I already learned quite a bit of "Mama Tried" from your videos,and now I am very interested in doing this tribute. You got me into this country thing hardcore now. Thanks!
