- Hello, dear viewers of the "Equator" channel! The history of mankind is the history of individual personalities. Some of them played such a huge role that they can be compared to vectors, who set the direction of entire eras. We are used to seeing their motionless faces on the canvas of paintings and cold marble statues. But they were living people and their faces reflected all kinds of feelings! Today we will give you an opportunity to see what some historical figures looked like in real life!

That kiss and the wink I can't--
Not sure if the original artists were really THAT inept at capturing beauty. The AI seems to embellish quite a bit, for some of the paintings depict a rather homely woman and yet the AI makes them absolutely gorgeous. It makes one wonder if the women in question were ever satisfied with the artist's rendition and if so, how did they continue to get commissioned for such shoddy work?
This AI rendition is nonsense. The painters got it right, they really were this ugly, and it was the beauty standard of the day
Queen Tiye is just gorgeous.....😘🥰😘🥰😘🥰😘
As a Turkish I really need to say that portrait you showed as "Mahidevran Sultana" isn't the portrait of her's
Yeah, I never saw that portrait for her.. this is a scam
Yes it is.
Mahidevran was never a sultana right? Based on historical accounts.
@@yutanakamotor6771 no
@@yutanakamotor6771 You're wrong. She was a sultana.
mahidevran sultan...beautiful sultana💖💖💖
Mahudevran se parece a Hurrem no se cibfundirian
Mahidevran is so beutiful ❤
@@unforgettable1938 ,Most ugly in that portrait.
@@mir-jan3496 This is not Mahidevran Sultana's portrait. She was so beautiful ...
The biggest problem modern "interpreters" of images must face is whether the depictions of people are true rather than complimentary, stylistic choices of the age, or made to the preferences of the person paying for them.
Queen Tiye was beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
I guess you like Mahidevran Sultan most among the all of ladies in this video and that is Why you put her in Magnificent Century out fit and jewelleries in the thumbnail and that’s really amazing 😍😍😘🥰
Sadly we glorify the sad life and the terrible position concubines were in.
@@MammaKush88 Actually sad life has something special of it’s own to glorify it's self ‼️Human emotions love to felt for sad life and I believe its the basis of judgement and Justice ‼️If we can't felt the situation of sad life then Humanity and Justice must not even exist...! So there is nothing sad that we glorify sad life, it’s really too much needed ❤️👌
@@magicalheart8685 so basically ur saying that the women and girls that were en⛓ 1000s years ago and the ones that r en⛓ now r doing humanity a jusice? R u saying that the women and children around the world, even to THIS DAY should be in that position so that the rest of fhe world can understand human love and emotion? Ur saying we should sugar coat it and glorify it........................ok
No.
@@MammaKush88 Hell no 😑 I am not saying anything like that at all infact any conscious human being can't say anything like that by thinking so ‼️You took it wrongly by choose to understand it complexly. I didn’t said that sad life is needed for Humanity and Justice, I said feeling for sad life is needed for Humanity and justice ❤️ So please...stop over thinking too much‼️
@@magicalheart8685 no that is exactly what u said. And ur still saying that.. But I can understand why u wouldn't want to admit it. If I'm over thinkin, ur UNDERthinking. U want to talk about her beauty and her jewelry when she was literally a s*× sl⛓. What the heck is " feeling for a sad life " going to do for anyone? Ur sick. Truly...
Mahidevran's name (Turkish pronunciation: [ˌmaːhidevˈɾan], Persian: ماه دوران) means "one who is always beautiful", "one whose beauty never fades" or "beauty of the times" in Persian. Another meaning of her name is "Moon of Fortune." Some sources name her Gülbahar (Turkish pronunciation: [ɟylbaˈhaɾ], Persian: گل بهار), with gül meaning 'rose' and bahar meaning 'spring' in Turkish and Persian. Considering what her name translates to in Persian, and the fact she's in the Sultan's Harem, I would suggest she's more beautiful than the alleged court painting claiming to be her in this Portrait reconstruction video.
Well, no, it depends on how she entered. If she was a slave then yes, pretty would have to be it but also remember that pretty is in the eye of the beholder. If she as a gift though by another important person then she would have been accepted as such.
@@leonorhernandez7079 She was recorded as most likely a Caucasian slave
I would love to see my royal ancestors Kim suro and Heo Hwang OK, and thier grandson Kim yushin. They played significant roles in Korean history so it would be great to see.
I'm wait you make her opponent Alexandra Roxelana a.k.a Hürrem Sultan. Keep work 👍
I am a Turk and unfortunately say that this portre isn’t hers
The faces do not really ressemble the paintings/statues, they are in general prettier!
Keep a good work
Can u do the ottoman women.. im curious about hurrem and others.
I like Sofonisba. She looks like a girl of today and her smile is so warm hearted!
Aspacia has completelly different shape of jaw. Does anyone notice this?
The same with the first one, Bárbara Palmer
And her hair was not curly but wavy.
Mihidevran Sultana!
Stunning!😍
I would love to see all of hurrem sultan's children if you can please let us see it
Yes
I would like to see that as well! Sadly, I don't think that there are portraits of Mehmed, Beyazid, or Cihangir made before their deaths.
I wanr to see it too. Cihangir is actually my favourite, so smart...
@@britc.3536 Yeah and it's so sad
Catherine Parr is so like her character image as well
Katherine parr looks like Eminem
So incredible to see them😲😲😲
Is this stylegan used ?
Eu fico fascinada com esse trem
What about Hurrem?
Empress Ulanara Xian and Valide Gulnus Sultan
I wonder where their blood lines can be found or traced .
But who does the portrait at the beginning of the video belong to?
Mahidevran is beautiful than hurrem.....Marina Mniszech is beautiful too
Yeah ❤️
Very good from Brazil
How do you do that ????
Tiye looks like naomi campbell😱😱
She's gorgeous
Exactly the same.except one...wonderful..
Those creepy eyes especially the left ones
Fedele ai ritratti e agli elementi pervenuti. Ottimo sistema. Bravissimi.
Mettiti gli occhiali😢
In the portrait, Mahidevran looks with slightly more bulging cheeks, less pronounced chin, they did her a favor, in the transformation of this portrait.
Some do not look so well but one or two was pretty good the chin and eyes are trouble for the AI
Wu zetian please
Cyrus the great and Artemis plz
She is soo pretty 😍 😍 😍Mahidevran...
Cici was Manchuria not Chinese
Who is the first woman?
The one that appears at 0:00-
NOT the one in the portrait* but the woman with black hair and blue eyes.
It’s Mahidevran Sultan ❤️ They gives Magnificent century's get up to 6:40 sec Mahidevran 😍😍😘
She is a character from the Turkish tv show Magnificent Century: Kösem. The body/hair is of Ayşe Sultan, concubine of Sultan Murad IV. I think the creator of the video photoshopped the face of Mahidevran onto Ayşe for aesthetic purposes.
Its a modified picture of Ayşe sultan to make her look like Mahidevran sultan. Ayşe sultan is a character from drama series Magnificent Century:Kösem.
@@alisima Yeah ✅ But this picture looking so pretty though it’s fictional. Actually they hasn’t any real painting as they wasn’t allowed to reveal their face outside of Harem. What if there was their real portrait ❤️ then it would very amazing to watch their real portrait 😍🥰
She was beautiful whoever she was.
First one😌
Empress CiXi was a disappointment. I wanted to see her when she was young!
Now do Bridgerton!
Half of the people arent real

Que hermosa mujer que era Mahidevran!!! Una Diosa total era esta mujer!!!❤❤❤😍😍😍😘😘😘
Only Cixi, Marguerite and that italian painter looks believable

You are definitely over beautifying.

No english.
The one of mahidevran is wrong it's not her portrait
mahidevran and nurbanu were the most beautiful of all ottomam women. Hurrem wasnt far behind.
