I once got interested in learning Korean, After i learned hangul alphabets i learned some Korean phrases but after some time, i kind of lost motivation to learn but after discovering your channel, I feel like i have the motivation to learn Korean again, but this time i will not give up until i reach my goal, You inspire me sm! Thank you and keep Shining!!!
Great video! When I first learned Hangul I didn't know what to do next, it took me some months before actually starting to study grammar and vocab 😅😅 Now I've been studying for more than a year and it's so fun ❣ I hope everyone who is at the beginning of their journey find the inspiration to continue!
After watching your video, I was impressed by how different our methods were. I was never a good, methodological student so I went straight to trying to meet and talk with Koreans (in English or Korean). I used many of the books and website resources you mentioned. But most of the things I learned were from the people I met, who helped me see why it was worth doing the heavy book study needed in the beginning. 제생각에는 이런 비디오 초급학생들에게 진짜 유용 한데요. 한국말공부의 시작에는 엄총 어렵고 외로우니까 포기해야 하는거지 아니면 계속 하는지란 생각이 쉽게 날 수 있어요. 이런 비디오 덕분에 어떤 한국말 학생이 동기가 더 많아질 수 있을 것 같은데요. 수고하셨어요. ^^
Even thought studying with textbooks can be tedious at times I believe that you can take what you learn from them into real life conversations and apply them better. I’m glad that you found your own language path, not everyone has to do the same exact thing to learn so it’s interesting that you started with conversation 😁 thx for watching
I've been wanting to learn korean since. Last year, I learned hangeul and didn't know what to do next. Then I became to like kpop and kdramas so it motivate me to actually try to learn korean again. 여러본들 화이팅!!!
Miss Vicky is sooo very helpful😆! Her lessons helped sm. She literally has a whole Playlist of all her lessons organized in what order to study them. Alongside her RUclips videos, she has a website, which she refers to on her channel, where she gives free resources that you can use to follow along with her RUclips videos. If you wanna learn the basics of Korean, I suggest you go follow Miss Vicky😊
This was so helpful and not just encouraged me to to go forward with my language journey... I had no clue what to do next ... and there you are giving exact answer for my question... thankyou so much for this video...😸❣❣
Korean is my fifth language and so different from rest languages. I know two Germanic languages, one Romance language and one Slavic language. I'm so confused how to learn by myself and make progress.
Hi! That’s so great that you have learned so many languages, that’s very inspiring! 🤩 For Korean, it’s important to understand hangul and their unique sentence structure before you do anything else. It’s also important to learn many verbs, I found doing this helped me express myself more since the Korean language is highly dependent on taking the verb stems and conjugating them to mean different things. I suggest using talk to me in Korean, howtostudyKorean.com or Korean class 101 website to learn grammar points so you can conjugate these verbs that you are studying. I hope that made sense and helped you a little more. Thank you so much for watching and let me know if you have any other questions! 😊
i also saw this tip in another video saying dont try to learn every korean word u see stick more to the words u know you'll actually be using it'll help u learn the language a lot quicker since as beginners we try to soak up all the knowledge we can, but dont use this tip to slack off too !
See I want to learn vocabulary, but I don’t know what categories of vocabulary to learn first. I want a specific order to learn, but I am not sure what that order should be. Can someone help me?
Hi! I wanna ask if you could help me because i get very confused in between ㄱ and ㅋ because they are both pronounced in a “k” sound. What is the difference and how do i know which one to use?
I've tried learning a few years ago and I easily give up on a lot of my hyperfixations ToT then I tried again in 2022 and it went well I could read and write but I never got to the point where I try to learn after hangul
For me I learn Korean for my future career at least I have 4 languages that I know to speak since I can speak Malay, eng and Indonesia very well now I need to learn a new language
hi! I would suggest learning hangul first and after I would pick a curriculum start learning grammar. Definitely check out some of the resources I mentioned in my video
Have you tried korean unnie’s Hangul playlist??? I really think that playlist is good for beginners. If that doesn’t work for you check out coursea’s first step korean course :)
