This impacted age group coincides with the explosion of processed, chemically enhanced foods in the American diet across the past several decades. This almost surely has to be a factor. I'm curious if this is global or local. Most people in general do not know what they are purchasing with misplaced confidence in the food supply. Oversight in this area needs to be ramped up.

Your post is disinformation. If you are actually watching this video and paying attention to what they are saying, you heard them say this trend started in 1994.
