I’d like to start by saying I am NOT the original creator of Bio-Annihilation 1; that honor goes to filz0. I merely copied the mod when it lost support and tacked on some post-release content and subjective tweaks myself. I know it sounds shady, but filz0 actually endorses it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That being said, it’s unfortunate that you were unable to get the gas mask to work, because you were entering the command correctly. Could it be a thing with your HUD addon that’s intercepting the chat commands? I might just implement some console commands that do the same thing if these problems continue. The gas mask effects are really cool, and I’m proud of them, so I’m sad you didn’t get to see them.
Regardless, I’m glad you enjoy BA2! I made it with the goal to raise a new bar for Gmod zombies, and it looks like I’ve made an impression in this regard, thanks to people like you.
As for them surviving a nuclear strike, that’s entirely a problem for the other addon. At least it’s funny.

The Only thing i hate about this mod is that the zombies know where you are so hiding doesn't do anything
The only problem is, They target one person at a time till they're either gone or dead, Its sad that this bug ruins the immersion everytime...
However its quite fun to play with.

To counter the bio- annihilation infection use arctic's combat stims medshot 2 times and you will be fine
Bio and background npcs is a good mix
imagine a horde of nothing but 500 health Odessas.
This, with the Background NPCs mod, with the ornery setting on, is incredible.
I have a story with this mod, basicly, i spawned in a bunch of zombies with the background npcs on, and as you can expect, the streets were flooded with zombies, but as a buff to the humans, i enabled the spawning of metro police, which if not, made it worse, i ended up using a nuke to kill a big crowd of them but it didn't work, because npcs that were killed by the zombies before the nuke went off would turn into zombies and start the infection over again, i ended up using more nukes and verified that every zombie in the map was dead, unknown to me, a zombie actually glitched out and became immortal, and out of nowhere, a horde of zombies came out of nowhere.
I know how to do the custom models.
1.) Go to the model that you want.
2.) Right click on the model
3.) Go into the "Cosmetics" section of the Bio-Annihilation 2 menu
4.) Ctrl V that model into the text box
5.) Reload the models
6.) Profit

I like that this mod now has the non civilian zombies being harder to kill do to wearing armor.
As well as the ability to knock down doors after a time so there is no escape.

It would be great to have an option to make your character immune to the contaminations. For RP/RUclips fun. you might have a robot player model for example

The zombies have moving animations similar to call of duty zombies.

Try binding it to a key that might help put the gas mask on unless you already done that
this mod is great but it conflicts with alot of other mods
ArcCW GSO is really good as well!

There's already a gas mask filter on it when you spawn a gas mask

Can a npc attack a nextbot? For example the Drvjbase the military npc can they attack the nextbot?
I don't see why not :D
NPCs were always able to attack these nextbots. VJ NPCs were given support in a recent update.

its not the ULTIMATE ZOMBIE MOD because it uses nextbots, which is not a good thing, because on almost every map it doesent work.
but they aren't categorized as "next bots" they have they're own category in the NPC'S tab.
