The kill oneself zombie is called that because the hand in his chest killed him. It most likely belonged to an officer based off the color of the sleeve, but since the arm seems to have fused with the zombie, it technically makes the zombie the one that pulled the trigger.
Honestly some playthroughs of the various half-life mods could make for a good series, if you want to of course

Most VJ base npcs (human mainly) can talk to each other if given the voice lines too
Like audio clips of responses and questions (like the goldsrc half life having that and it's expansions)

Why did they delete it I still have it and I can use it but they removed some of the Npcs

The ending of they hunger is you have a cool battle between the sheriff and you on helicopters
I feel like the civilian is going to pop out of nowhere in a dark room and tell me a random fact only to say "or is it?"

the large bullsquid is actually based on the huge bullsquid in a river that was proably supposed to kill you in water
As far as I know, that "head head crab" should be a skull with spider legs with it instead of a skull on a head crab.
To be honest the original game skins are a lot better and feels better to play with i know they are so low quality but that is what makes them unique
When I got that pack I got a Heli like a police Helen and like a military Howie and I asked the zombie Marines as well it's just every time I got them to be human they became zombie
John Pitol is actually Deputy Hoobs that was driving the chopper in witch you were in at the end of the game
it seems like you can kill the majority of these NPS with a headshot
its so sad that the mod is now removed :(

I wish these zombie mods would eat the ragdolls of dead players and NPCs. To this day, Bio-Annihilation II is the only mod that has this feature.
But other than that, this is a pretty unique addon. Kudos to the developer(s) for their time and effort!!!

When the guard shot the dog he went cray cray
Alfred died in 1 shot cuz hl resurgence is hardcoded to instakill on headshot

First of all back again also did they hunger pack at public it was just too gory because the Marines you showcase like the soldiers which are missing their heads and stuff it was too gory so the Creator had two private it and then remake the heads and parts so yeah that's probably the reason I got private it because I found it again and it is less gory
I think there’s also a they hunger weapon pack on the workshop as well

It was broken from a half life resurgence update, the guy said he’s working on other things right now so he privated it. Possibly it’ll be fixed and back in the future. All hail the steam workshop, the worst platform for modding.

Hey with the ArcCW how do you get the weapon sway to be controllable? For me I can barely control my gun. Like when I look left or right my gun will fly across my screen even if I barely touch my mouse.
You mean mouse sensitivity? Try changing it in settings :)
Or change your PC settings
@@drippylad3973 I changed my sensitivity to see if that fixed it but the weapons sway uncontrollably.
