A south african constitution has a lot of loopholes, where it also deprive black and suits white. I think it should be written again this constitution. I wonder why is DA so afraid of appointment of Dr John Hlophe.... I like the approach of the ANC
ANC has been humbled. They abused their majority seats in previous administrations. There was no ground to impeach Dr Hlope while he was a Judge. It was just politically motivated. Someone who captured the ANC wanted him removed.
