After the tobacco is stored and aged, it goes through a final processing phase according to blend formulas used for making various types of cigarettes. This process includes slicing, conditioning, casing, cutting, drying and top flavoring. Once this is done, the raw material is finally ready to be made into cigarettes.

you're right, sorry, it's just my lazyness. so, you're right weed isn't physically addictive but it is psychologically addictive which is not much less of a problem. you can overdose on it, it's just very hard to die from such an overdose, it's still an overdose though. it does cause lung cancer, it contains tar (however, it hasn't been agreed on whether it's the same amount as in tobacco or more). and it is linked to impaired driving big time, much like alcohol.
The problem with that is, healthcare premiums are based on the policy holders as a whole. Even people who don't smoke pay more for their premiums due to the almost guaranteed healthcare costs associated with chronic smoking. I'm all for freedom choice, and if the cost wasn't an issue, I'd agree.

Love how cigarettes are addictive like cocaine and/or heroin and kill like 400,000 a year in the U.S. but still perfectly legal. The DEA isn't busting this factories door down. Cannabis on the other hand, not physically addictive, considered a drug but no one ODs on marijuana, doesn't kill like cigarettes(not linked to lung cancer), not linked to impaired driving like alcohol; you just grow it and smoke it without any chemical process yet there are people doing time in prison for it.

I quit smoking by smoking home grown pure tobaco with out the chemicals. smoothed out the harshness with choclate. so much better
man I would love to have my own little cig company.....like in my basement. Come up with some unique blend of tobacco....like put a pinch of cherry or coconut pipe tobacco in the blend. I would be happy just taking home like 50 grand a year. Interesting fact, a lot of major countries owe their economy to cigarettes. For example when the first colonies were formed in the US they did not have many supplies to trade. This made life hard on the colonies for they did not have any money or valuables to trade. It wasn't until they realized the weather conditions were perfect to make Tobacco. Soon almost every country in the world were trading supplies and buying Tobacco from the United States which led to a massive growth in their economy, thus giving birth to the first 13 colonies of early US.

I can't smoke myself, but a lot of the world's economy was built and some still thrive off of the creation of cigarettes and other tobacco products. If people choose to smoke, let'em they know what'll happen, every man and women should get to choose. Sure second hand smoke is a thing, but if you just let them know that you're cautious about it, people can be nice enough to respect your wishes, but telling them to stop is disrespecting them.
