Hello can you please explain section 176(3) where it is written "as may be notified within a period of five years by the State Government in this regard". Thanks

Regarding this the State Government will notify within five years to ensure visit of an expert of FSL/CFSL for collection of evidence from the crime scene.
At this stage the visit of a forensic expert is not mandatory.
