I have practiced law for 37 years so far. More than once I faced an opponent in Court who thought that by talking over someone that he would win. There was one really extreme case of that, and I think it is a funny one. The other fellow talked for 1 hr. and 15 min. [approximately]. I stood up. I said three sentences. Then I sat down. The very knowledgeable and experienced Judge looked up from the Bench, very surprised. The Judge said, "Mr. [then he said my last name], is that all you have to say ?" And I said, "Well, your Honor, I think that's all I need to say, isn't it ?" And then he slowly got a big old Cheshire Cat kind of grin on his face [ ear to ear, for those who don't know the story ]. He said, "Well, you know, Mr. [my last name] I think that IS all you need to say." I got the win. Most of the time, someone feels a need to talk over someone else in an aggressive way (loud and fast and trying to keep the other person from saying anything) like Tacapina (the Trump Lawyer) does, simply is not telling the truth. People who tell the truth, often talk in a calm reasoned way, because they know that in the long run, the truth will prevail, or at least, the truth will most of the time prevail in a Court Room. In a Court Room, everyone is given a chance to have their say. Not much like real life is it ? And actual hard evidence is given way more weight than it is in real life. In Court, people pull out receipts, emails, texts, reports (police, financial, scientific, expert). These are not things that you do in a crowded bar, yelling against the biggest, loudest Bully in the Bar. By contrast, Court Rooms are places of quiet reasoning. References are made to Precedents ( a fancy word for what other Judges have done in circumstances which are similar.) In most bars, there is not much wisdom.

Proof is when he testified before Congress and told how 45 manipulated his value on property to look more valuable to banks to get loans,but made those same properties almost worthless to cut his tax bill. His company has been investigated for this,and lots of discrepancies have been found. So that showed me that Micheal was telling the truth about things.

I always swing by and give a thumbs up on on MSNBC videos on RUclips but by the time they are released I've already watched them on other RUclips channels the day before. I think MSNBC should really work on releasing the shows the day they air. It's unfortunate that MSNBC isn't getting full credit for their excellent shows. I think views would go up dramatically if only the shows aired the day they occurred. I don't have cable TV because I don't want to pay for 99% of what is on cable. I especially refuse to pay any cable service that pays Fox Views Network. I get enough of Faux News Network coverage of their insanity from other sources.
