Their main character setting so far is basically that they are alien from different planets, also they are a wolf pack (that's why fandom name is Alphaz) so their look in alot of MV has the look of an alien or wolf... You can know more about how they came up with those from their documentary...
Also i am guessing because they as Japanese were like an alien in Korea where they are based, so having this concept matching their situation
