    Please speak about the table you're working on top of. Did you do this as well? I have burned my first piece of wood shou sugi ban style and am about to stain. It's a big piece...any advice?

      Shou Sugi ban is great! I used that technique for a picnic table. Just sand, sand, sand with the grooves and it’ll look great! The blue table I did as well but it is not burnt wood - just different colors of wood stain.

    thnx for the upload have you used white? some people report it not really 'staining' the wood, but rather it's more like paint

      I've found that white still works if you use a stain (unicorn spit has a white).

      No it’s an artists paint brush.
