Much better than the first trailer! In comparison to the first trailer, we can see, that the Mosasaurus looks more realistic and less cgi. Don't worry, until June, the cgi will be fantastic. Thumbs up, Colin !
Everyone seems to think it sucks, but its not bad in my opinion! I've seen recent movies that have MUCH worse CG then this movie, but I have also seen recent movies with much better CG than this also
Okay wait, let me just hold my my hysterical laughing back for one second while I type this comment...... Did I just see a squad of Raptors running along side a human to hunt a T-RAPTOR.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHA OMG AHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH W T F
And let me hold back my hysterical laugh for a second before I ask....have you been living in a cave the last few months? That scene was already in the first trailer MONTHS ago.
I think they're genetically modified in some way to get along with humans for the park visitors. That's why we see Pratt chatting with them like they're cats. And they're probably running with him to go after the big guy. Which would be awesome.
Was hoping after Pratt said "we're going after it with everything we got" we'd have heard that iconic T-Rex roar. That would have sent the chills both north and south on my spine.
***** I must admit when I first saw your reply and it had the little preview I thought it was gonna say. I have a dream that one day T-Rex will prove creating hybrids is no substitute for the king.
For people saying the CGI is not that good, it's not the CGI, folks :D It's just the color grading :D I am more worried about the story though! Coz I got a feeling it would be an awesome movie, but it also can be a very shitty one like ROBOCOP.... I really wish it would be awesome, and at the end, T-REX is coming to be the hero!!! XD Just my wish!! :3
I am so tired of people that complain about everything. CGI looks bad becuse movie isn't finished yet, the movie is in post-production, visual effects are not finished yet, they will look better once the movie comes out. And also people complaining about velociraptors being trained? A lot of wild animals are trained like lions for circus for example, and also this movie is science fiction anyway, it is impossible to bring dinosaurus to life so this movie is fictional and therefore they can do whatever they want in this movie..God, can people just enjoy the movie without complaining about everything these days. To me the movie looks good for now, anyway the story is what is most important and not CGI.
***** I was typing fast lol. I don't think that CGI looks bad either, i was reffering to those that say that CGI is looking bad, once it comes out it will look great. :)
Father Karras actually there's a comparison online between the first trailer and this superbowl spot and the CGI has increased in quality significantly, apparently they're still working on it now.
Father Karras My brother works for a huge SFX company and trust me, films are not done because the trailers are out. Sometimes half the movie isn't even done and the trailer is out.
CGI is a very expensive and can be a long process, which is why there are so many SFX companies out there now, the day after tommorrow, Emmerich used 10, yes 10 SFX companies to make that film, and the shots were damn realistic!! but sometimes half the budget can go on SFX, so hopefully you are right they are putting in the time and cost to make the CGI amazing, and they are using practical effects as well!!
This is the BEST trailer ever, for possibly the BEST movie ever. It appears to be a very true tribute to the original Jurassic Park that I, and everyone here, grew up with. This trailer gave me chills and filled my eyes with tears, this will be one beautifully great movie!! The hype train continues!! :'D
Viborah This movie is also airing A DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY!! I WAITED OVER 10 YEARS FOR THIS MOVIE AND IT'S AIRING A DAY BEFORE MY B-DAY, I THINK I CAN HAVE MY EMOTIONAL OVERLOAD MOMENT THANK YOU!!!!
Now if only they'd bring back the dilophosaurus. Seriously don't understand why they haven't. Particularly if they're trying to reflect the original, that scene was a major part of the movie.
Looks great. To those thinking the CGI is terrible, I don't see it. Looks great to me as is and I know they will have it finished by the time the film releases. If you're wanting practical effects like the first film, those days are over. You can stop pining for them. It's not going to happen. CGI is cheaper and those who use it can do more with it. Practical effects are great, but very limited. You will notice how the raptors were treated in the first film. Lots of mystery surrounding them, lots of close ups, the raptors not moving much. That's not simply because it's more effective for the raptors as terrifying creatures, but also because it's easier to use practical effects that way and cheaper. Personally, I am quite excited for this. I was skeptical about the hybrid dino, but I am behind it now. I like the idea they are working with. I also like that they show us more of Chris training the raptors. I think that's also a cool idea to explore. There's a lot of good looking ideas in this film that I am excited to see unfold and I am just hoping that it doesn't disappoint.
I think that what we are saying is the cg from game of thrones, specifically the dragons, look way better than this movie. It also seems that the cg isnt that bad, except the gray ambient color that reflects off the dinosaurs skin. If the were to fix that i think it would look awesome.
I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU! Everyone is bitching about this movie saying its gonna suck just because of the CG. Im excited for this movie too, and Ive even heard some people say there will be some scene with animatronics, but most of it will be CG
The first movie was my favorite movie by far as a kid. But 10 years later after I read the novel I realized the first film really got the shaft in what it potentially could have been. There is still so much gold in the first novel they could tap into and easily propel this movie so much further. The novel has entire chapters worth of plot and twists in it which the first movie only gave pretty much one liners. Like the motion sensor tracking system. It was a massive feature in the novel which ended up causing the fatal flaw in the system. Yet in the movie it was only mentioned for half a second and never went even further. And dont even get me started with the entire back story with Dogget. You could barely even guess who the guy was in the first movie.
Tanner Barnes Raptor nest is actually the part of the novel I didnt much care for. But another example. In the movie they never answered the puzzle as to what was making the triceratops sick. In the novel it may have been a Stego instead, but they gave us the answer to the question.
Jurassic World. New Terminator movie. New episodes of Twin Peaks. New episodes of the X Files. It feels like we are stuck in an infinite time loop ;-)
I do not have a problem with trained raptors. Nearly all animals that we train effectively are intelligent, carnivorous (or omnivorous), pack animals - dolphins, lions, all dogs, some apes and monkeys. And we can also train some reptiles and most birds. Why would raptors be an exception? Wouldn't it be more idiotic, juvenile and closed minded to say it couldn't possibly be done with raptors?
it takes along time to adjust animals to live with humans, let alone train them. only one that you mentioned that could be close is a lion, but even then the trained ones are captive breed stock for many generations, and incidents happen and people still die, same way a kid running will cause some dogs to chase and attack the kid, pack instinct in animals is strong, so no them raptors should of taken hes hands off while he was trying to control them, also what 4 to 6 raptors vs a giant bugger? nah they would of fled at first smell, let alone sight, pack mentality would of surly made them weigh up size vs numbers and made them cower (i accepted JP1 scene as they was stuck confined with the t rex)
CrythornMadness And EVERY single dinosaur in Jurassic World has been bred and raised in the park. It's not like they're taming completely wild animals, here.
If the ranger dude managed to assert himself somehow as the Alpha of the pack, I can totally see him training the velociraptors. They seem to be very pack-minded, and would obey something that showed clear dominance over them.
Iyrsiiea They seem to be? According to the movie? Lol. Of course, in a movie, you could tame Godzilla. The point is that it would seem inconsistent (unrealistic) with our expectations of Godzilla. Trained raptors is a bunch of Hollywood garbage that dukes like you buy into, encouraging studios to produce even more trash.
Repugnantcans What the hell are you talking about? Inconsistent? Mankind can and has tamed/train some of Earth's mightiest predators. Best method being training it since birth. Jurassic Park/World's dinosaurs aren't ONLY raised from birth, but also genetically engineered. InGen has the ability, and the experience, to create raptors that can be more docile and/or loyal to it's "master". In fact, the BOOK talked about Dr. Wu suggesting he could make slower, docile dinosaurs so they wouldn't have to worry about the danger of it all, with John Hammond being upset because that "wouldn't be authentic". It is ESTABLISHED that they have the means and reasoning to train raptors. So how the hell is training raptors, that are both genetically engineered and raised by park staff since birth, inconsistent at all? And your Godzilla reference is both asinine and irrelevant. Godzilla is a massive monster that has been around for centuries. Completely different beast altogether.
the fact that its been 14 years since i last enjoyed what appeared to be the final Jurassic Park is amazing to me. I remember being 3 years old and watching Jurassic Park 3 & when it ended i was just pumped for a fourth one. And now 14 years later i am 16 and Jurassic World is here
If it's 14 years later and you're 16 now, then you were 2 then. And I doubt you remember anything of being 2 years old, let alone being allowed to watch Jurassic Park 3 and then being "pumped" for a sequel.
Film of the Year... Also keeping the T-Rex in the shadows instead of the Indominus Rex... Clever. That will be the real big reveal of the film, not the hybrid, but the original Tyrannosaur from the original film. Calling it! The classic Rex will kill Indominus (Not that I don't love the aspect of a new genetically engineered hybrid dinosaur combined with traits from numerous other carnivorous dinosaurs like a carnotaurus and T-Rex.) Mark my works!
Taken from the Jurassic World "Travel Site," more specifically the Tyrannosaurus rex Kingdom page. "It's T. Rex's world-The rest of us are just visiting it. Venture into the Jurassic-sized viewing area to see the legendary predator in her natural domain. After all, she's been living on Isla Nublar for over twenty-five years! Feedings are scheduled every two hours. Warning: This attraction may be too intense for children and some adults." It's her!!!
"Let's keep it in perspective," Hammond said. "You get all the engineering correct and the animals will fall into place. After all, they're trainable." From the beginning , this had been one of the core beliefs of the planners. The animals, however exotic, would fundamentally behave like animals in zoos anywhere. They would learn the regularities of their care, and they would respond.
Can we all wait till the movie is out so we can critic it? You realize its not done yet and they put extra CGI in the trailer so for the trailer. Colin Treverrow said most of it isn't CGI.
has anyone ever considered the fact that this movie isnt just for the original fans??? its not always about you...damn. Its bringing in new fans who didn't grow up with the original movies. I remember seeing the original movie when it first came out and I was in awe (and scared shitless at some parts). Now i get to take my brother to see this and he can enjoy this film like i did with the first ones. this isn't the 90s anymore so the quality is different, but that doesn't mean its bad. we grew up with a certain idea of how movies should be, so recent movies will always be harshly judged by those who (with an older mind set) expect things differently. We have to move on, get over our selves and just enjoy the fact that our childhood is coming alive again.
Quit complaining about the CGI it looks way better than the first movie's. Its more detailed and the final product will be more polished. Seriously we've advanced so much with computer affects this looks perfectly fine
Calling it now that one of those raptors will die saving Christ Pratt's life and we will get all emotional over it. Bonus Points if he screams a dramatic "NOOO!!!" or holds it while it dies.
Sequel features the Raptor-- movie completely excludes major human characters in favor of a raptor army dominating the planet, living side by side humans, and avenging Pratt's death by hunting the long lost hybrid T. rex, which evolves wings in the 14 years, so now it could fly to Hollywood and help writers write a decent script with Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill in it
To those of you who complain about "domesticated" raptors and hybrid dinosaurs, if you've read the Jurassic Park novel, you'd know that the existence of hybrid dinosaurs and "tame" dinosaurs were inevitable if the park opened successfully like Jurassic World. Like Wu told Hammond in the chapter named "Version 4.4", the park is about entertaining visitors, emphasis on ENTERTAINMENT, and if the visitors aren't entertained by new attractions, they will eventually see "normal", "real" dinosaurs mundane and bland as seeing a lion or tiger at a natural zoo, then the number of visitors to the park will decrease to somewhat unsatisfactory numbers. That is the reason why they created the I-Rex, to rake in more money, for entertainment value, they pushed beyond cloning "natural" dinosaurs to make the kind of dinosaur they want to see, what they believe will wow visitors, something Wu tried to convince Hammond to agree with when the park opens, to keep visitor appeal satisfactory, but Hammond didn't like the idea of making dinosaurs that never existed or behaved they way they naturally did. Obviously for the better, Jurassic Park in the novels never got the chance to open to the public like Jurassic World, and make the mistakes Jurassic World will make.
Why did everyone thinks that Jurassic World is a Reboot!? it's not a Reboot okay? It is an OFFICIAL sequel to Jurassic Park, and why is everyone STILL complain about the CGI in this film? they look fine to me, and you folks forget that Jurassic Park has CG too? or do you think it has Practical Effects? no in Jurassic Park they only use Animatronic Robots and then CGI it, it's called Motion Capture! my god people are living in the caves somewhere. I mean the CGI stuff here doesn't bother me, so why complain about it? and you all forget that this movie as Animatronic Robot Dinosaurs, and then use CGI in the mixed! and do you know which film does that? hm let me think...oh yeah Jurassic FREAKING Park!
Shashank7170 Originally we were told it was a T. rex/raptor/cuttlefish/snake hybrid, but now the official site says it's made from Giganotosaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops and Carnotaurus DNA. I bet it's part human too, to explain the intelligence and the hands, I mean it has thumbs.
For all the people that keep moaning about CGI and real effects, go re-watch the gallimimus scene from the original Jurassic Park. Then tell me that the CGI back then was so much better.
I'm a Jurassic Park fan. I was 11 when the 1st great movie came out. Now I'm almost 32 & I've been waiting for this movie sooooo many years. I'm a dino fan as well & I know a few things about them 'coz I like to read, surf the net & watch stuff about dinos. I decided to take this film as such a movie and not a docummentary, so I think that complaining about the hybrid dino, the running stegosaurus, the trained featherless raptors & so on...just takes off all the excitement about this. It's fiction to be enjoyed...dinos and people have never lived together so there's no need for criticism I think. I love these big raptors, the I-Rex looks amazing & it's a great oportunista to feel like a kid again. Let's Go & enjoy it when it comes out. Love the fact that all 4 movies have taken place in islands that belong to my country Costa Rica. Sorry for my choppy English it isn't my first language. Viva Mundo Jurásico! Saludos y pura vida! :-)
I WouldHaveBelieved Well, not wild lions and tigers, as they're wild. However, lions and tigers are by definition not domesticated cats, even though some people have raised individuals, they are still more wild cat than domesticated cat. Domestic dogs are descendants of the gray wolf.
I wonder what the insurance premium on this iteration of the park is. "Yeah we've tried this a couple of times before, and sure, there've been a few deaths. But come on, guys...DINOSAURS!!!"
Seriously guys stop complaining about the cgi, it doesn't look that bad. If it was too much animatronic you would complain about not enough cgi. If you really go back and watch Jurassic park again you can't deny the effects have improved.
Unfortunately This .... No. Animatronics are limited. They can't move realisticly and they are imediatly spotted when we saw us. CGI is here to complete that animatronics can't do alone. stage effects and CGI are equals, since they had the exact same purpose: make something real in our mind.
I'm not just talking about animatronics. I'm talking about animatronics, costuming, props, etc. They have the edge because they are real things, and appear that way. The effects don't get exaggerated beyond reality, or turn into so much blur when they move quickly. You don't wind up with shots obviously brought to us by the local weatherman, either.
Unfortunately This Did you just compare what costumes does and what CGI does ? "Being real" isn't a good argument. It's not because they are real objects that they are superior to CGI, stop with this bullshit. Learn how a film is done. You will know why CGI are used in place of costumes. Do some fucking research ! You clearly don"t what you are talking about dude.
"There making it entirely cg....this movie is gonna suck.... -_- " So you by this logic you all are saying the following is cg. 0:39 i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab229/cddvder/abbeadc2-9d73-49c7-82ee-2b38779bacb8_zps9f1f8ce0.jpg www.jurassicworld.org/news/uploads/JurassicWorldTRexSDCC.jpg And finally, the first film had tons of cg in it, so please stop the complaining.
Pause at 0:16. Coming from someone who's sensitive about CG in movies- The raptors look good! What are you guys talking about!? These kinds of full-body shots of the raptors have often been CG in the earlier films (some exception in Raptor Kitchen Scene). They also brought back the visual effects guy who worked on the first JP, and the Star Wars Original Trilogy. So he obviously respects practical effects.
I really like it and I pretty sure that I will love the movie, but mistakes like the guy being there at 0:28, disappeared 0:30 and then back again at 0:31 in an 1 minute trailer makes me sad, and worried for a 2 hours long film..
Ahvi303 pack leader... can anyone do this with lions and tigers yet? so imagine a lizard... i know its sifi but its going a lil weird now dont you think?
Jigsjigz I don't think it's weird. People have done this with other animals in real life (like with a lion) so it's not that big of a stretch. If the raptors have known Chris' character since birth it'd make sense that they'd see him as part of their pack, but at the same time they are still raptors and they're smarter than humans so I think the dynamics of this relationship will be very interesting to see unfold.
As many jokes as there are about them, I really don't want those trained dinosaur bros to die. It's like any movie; kill as many people as you want, but don't kill the fucking pets
I am here to complain, but not about the cgi, the raptor trainer, any of that shit. Just the new dinosaur. What pisses me off is not the idea of it, because I can understand why it was done, but it's the fact they gave it thumbs. It has thumbs. Look at all the images of the toys if you don't believe me. Dinosaurs should not have thumbs, at least that I am aware of.
I'm not saying those will be bad. We'll find out about those when we get there. But my beef with this is it has thumbs. The acting, direction, and effects will be judged when their time comes. Patience, patience is needed. Judging will come soon enough.
***** An early script of the movie had human/dinosaur hybrids as the opposing force. There are even pictures of this. I think the thumbs on the new dinosaur are leftover from the previous script.
yeah, and for those paying attention (not some of you, clearly), the CGI of some repeat scenes in this trailer shows some improvements from the previous trailer. RELAX.
Beyond excited for this film. Also, if you remember in all 3 JP films there is at least one rainy night scene involving the large Dino main antagonist. Jurassic World needs a scene like that too. Just imagine, you're in your resort, and it's rainy summer night on a tropical island, you look out the window and I-Rex is walking down the boardwalk. I just hope Colin Trevorrow (director) produces a "horror" feel that'll keep us on the edge of our seats come June 12.
I'm looking forward to watching this "Jurassic World" movie. It's debuting on my birthday, June 12th. The last Jurassic Park installment, I was watching with my college friends, and there was one moment when the audience was surprised by dinosaurs, and I remember getting hit in the head by a silver ring that flew off of some female audience member's finger. So, yeah, it's kind of hard to forget the "Jurassic Park" movies when that happened to me - getting hit in head by a flying silver jewelry ring! I've also visited Universal Studios a long time ago, & ate at the Jurassic Park themed restaurant. It's been so long ago. It's hard to remember every single thing. Anyways, I'm glad that Chris Pratt is in this movie. I like Chris Pratt. He's witty, hardworking, humble, modest, caring, and funny. I like him in NBC's "Parks and Recreation" show. And I heard that he is rumored to be in the new Indiana Jones movie. I'm looking forward to watching "Jurassic World" at the movies during my birthday. I think it will be fun.
So much hate on this comments... Just wait until the movie is out (which I know most of you will see despite all the hate) and then let the (good or bad) criticism begin. If you are Jurassic Park fan just be excited and wait for the final product. It's a new age, new ideas, new concepts. Just wait until June 12.
Why are people so negative? The movie isn't even out yet and people are complaining about it ,If you don't want to see the movie then don't, but don't ruin it for the rest of us CGI dinosaurs or not WHO CARES!!!
Guys, please stop complaining. The CGI isn't finished, obviously, because this comes out 5 months from now. The tamed raptors? Makes total sense. All animals can be tamed. This movie looks fucking awesome, please stop complaining.
This is NO NEGATIVE RECEPTION! Im forward to see this! All fan made trailer for Jp4, I was fooled until finally this is a fan like me would want to see this.
I don't understand why people won't cut this trailer some slack. I love it! This is what Hammonds vision was when he set out to create Jurassic Park. And I love how this movie seems to have a somewhat darker tone than the previous movies. And the CGI looks great..
Does ANYONE know what the piece of music between 0:09 and 0:15 is and where I can find it?! I tried listening out for it on the soundtrack but I couldnt hear it :(
Just got confirmation that it is "Undiscovered" by Ninja Tracks, a very early version of the track. They didn't release the track until last week so it's no wonder no one has found it before. Btw the music used in trailers mostly is not from the OST. They normally use either a custom composition or trailer music from (industry) libraries such as the one Ninja Tracks provides. In this case, the track actually *was* a custom piece, but apparently they kept working on it after it was delivered and put in the trailer and now released the new version. ;)
THANK YOU SO MUCH! And thank you for introducing me to Ninja Tracks :) I already knew of Two Steps From Hell and Audiomachine, I cant wait to listen to more of these guys' stuff
NetherwingEgg My pleasure. :D Actually there's a LOT of trailer music companies out there. Immediate Music, Really Slow Motion, Twelve Titans Music, Confidential Music, Hi-Finesse, Brand X Music, Pusher Music, Position Music, PostHaste Music, Liquid Cinema, The Hit House, Fringe Element, Epic Score, DosBrains, Sub Pub Music / Colossal Trailer Music, Methodic Doubt Music ... And many many more! :)
This is just a theory, but instead of the raptors being savage killers, they're going to act as a hunting squad to hunt down escaped dinos. I think their names are Blue, Delta, Echo and Charlie, also known as the Raptor squad! (I think).
Only about ten million people linked this to me. I've seen it folks - and it's awesome. Hype!
The hype is reaaaaaaaaalllllllllll.........
***** Hey, man I'm one of your subscribers!!!! You are awesome man!!!
The hype is real sky jaws just got eaten lol
I really hope Chris Pratt hides in the shrubs and says "No one suspect's a bush!"
XD
“We have a new attraction. Think it’ll scare the kids?” The Park Is Open June 12. #JurassicWorld

I CANT WAIT
lawyer1900 agreed!
Well now, I'm actually interested in this movie. That was a nicely done trailer.
If Jurassic World was real, even with all this threat to life and limb I would STILL get a job there in a fucking heartbeat.
ME TOO XD I'd be like I'd rather die doing something I love
Hell yeah!
If I worked at jurrssic world is want to work with the iguadons they were always my favorite dinosuar.
Getting a job at jurassic world. That would be awesome!
TheUnholyHandGrenade while Newman died trying to steal the DNA sample, so can you!
I am a Raptor. Chris Pratt is fun to work with. Thanks, Chris!
Lmao that made me laugh
am i the only person who doesn't know shit about cgi and think it looks absolutely fine?!
Nah man, same here xD
I think it looks fine. Although there's nothing like the dinos in the original JP :p
I think it looks amazing, I love it already!
Everyone seems to think it sucks, but its not bad in my opinion! I've seen recent movies that have MUCH worse CG then this movie, but I have also seen recent movies with much better CG than this also
I doubt this movie will be a total fail. I am looking forward to this!
I reckon the CGI actually works with Dinosaurs.
Does Pratt team up with the velociraptors to take down the mutant dinosaur? This is like GI Joe and Cobra teaming up to fight the war on drugs!
He's not really teaming up with them so much as he's a part of their pack from what I understand. He's sort of the alpha male.
Omg! Heather! You're a Fan of the JP Series too!? JP Was My Childhood too!
Your comment upset me, so I'm gonna go listen to one of your videos to calm down :(
There's an old saying, 'The enemy of my enemy is my ally." Could be and sounds like a doable plot.
looks like Bert Macklin got promoted into the GI Joes

Was hoping after Pratt said "we're going after it with everything we got" we'd have heard that iconic T-Rex roar. That would have sent the chills both north and south on my spine.
Ah North and West is more up and down. East and West is more left and right. I was trying not to sound cliche.
***** I must admit when I first saw your reply and it had the little preview I thought it was gonna say. I have a dream that one day T-Rex will prove creating hybrids is no substitute for the king.
I bet they're keeping the Trex secret.
Jordan Ziebell I bet at 0:43 is where the trex is being brought out with the flares.
I agree! Watching a TRex charging with the raptors and star lord would've been epic.
I've seen this trailer over 100 times and I still get chills from that slow, piano version of John Williams' original theme.
"Probably not a good idea"
That should be the motto for the park
A whole series about playing with fire.
For people saying the CGI is not that good, it's not the CGI, folks :D It's just the color grading :D
I am more worried about the story though! Coz I got a feeling it would be an awesome movie, but it also can be a very shitty one like ROBOCOP.... I really wish it would be awesome, and at the end, T-REX is coming to be the hero!!! XD

This trailer gave me chills and filled my eyes with tears, this will be one beautifully great movie!! The hype train continues!! :'D
i know right!? T____T
too much emo
Viborah This movie is also airing A DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY!! I WAITED OVER 10 YEARS FOR THIS MOVIE AND IT'S AIRING A DAY BEFORE MY B-DAY, I THINK I CAN HAVE MY EMOTIONAL OVERLOAD MOMENT THANK YOU!!!!
We have 20000 people and no were to go how bout go inside Guinness
That music!
And where was the raptor nest?
Tanner Barnes
Raptor nest is actually the part of the novel I didnt much care for.
But another example. In the movie they never answered the puzzle as to what was making the triceratops sick.
In the novel it may have been a Stego instead, but they gave us the answer to the question.
slamscape You're right, it was a stego. Know what we need? A JP survival horror game.
Tanner Barnes
I would even settle for a JP minecraft mod. With each dimension being the different prehistoric time periods.
slamscape That exists. We need a triple A JP survival horror.
OMG OMG this looks epic, I will see this with my son, the first Jurassic Park of his life in theater he will love this ! Can't wait !
Jurassic World. New Terminator movie. New episodes of Twin Peaks. New episodes of the X Files. It feels like we are stuck in an infinite time loop ;-)
I'm sure that Jurassic World will win one or a lots Oscars during the Oscars's Ceremony. :D
I would endorse this park!
I do not have a problem with trained raptors. Nearly all animals that we train effectively are intelligent, carnivorous (or omnivorous), pack animals - dolphins, lions, all dogs, some apes and monkeys. And we can also train some reptiles and most birds. Why would raptors be an exception?
Wouldn't it be more idiotic, juvenile and closed minded to say it couldn't possibly be done with raptors?
it takes along time to adjust animals to live with humans, let alone train them.
only one that you mentioned that could be close is a lion, but even then the trained ones are captive breed stock for many generations, and incidents happen and people still die, same way a kid running will cause some dogs to chase and attack the kid, pack instinct in animals is strong,
so no them raptors should of taken hes hands off while he was trying to control them, also what 4 to 6 raptors vs a giant bugger? nah they would of fled at first smell, let alone sight, pack mentality would of surly made them weigh up size vs numbers and made them cower (i accepted JP1 scene as they was stuck confined with the t rex)
Repugnantcans
What the hell are you talking about?
"We're safe in here, right?"
*Glass breaks*
Dinosaur: "LIFE FINDS A WAY, BITCH!"
0:37 THERE'S YOUR ANIMATRONIC DINO. Just a little proof that the movie is not all CGI.
God the amount of people complaining is just ridiculous.
hmm you maybe right. I also think the dino in 0:22 is animatronic.
TheSlickkEffect it was one animatronic
Its like a hidden trick. But i have to say the storyline and improvements are better. Its just people over criticizing it
Honestly, the old animatronic dinosaurs were so much more lifelike and scary. That T. rex scene in the car in the original still holds up.
good thing there was an animatronic dinosaur in this trailer.
***** at 0:38?
pettypettywoodchuck2 yep! the apatasaur on the ground is an animatronic dinosaur!
A amazing and terrifying scene I agree, regardless I am still excited for this movie.
There's gonna be a good amount of animatronics in the movie, including the badass raptors!
I bet T-Rex and I-Rex are gonna have a battle here
Anybody remember the use of flares before??? 0:43
I think she's luring our old foe out :P
The CGI is bad because i can see its CGI , and thats something i didnt noticed at the first filme more than 20 years ago !
The CGI is not bad. It is better than the CGI 20 years ago. Stop complaining.
Darius Swinney No, i will not !!!! CGI is bad , raptors trained as dogs is Bad, moddified dinos are bad !!! ........... -_-
Samuel Matos Try harder troll.
sure, cause ilm was much better 20 years ago.whatever you say,guy
***** But that one has not a freg gene , is a mix of 5 species of dinos dude, thats far worst.
the fact that its been 14 years since i last enjoyed what appeared to be the final Jurassic Park is amazing to me. I remember being 3 years old and watching Jurassic Park 3 & when it ended i was just pumped for a fourth one. And now 14 years later i am 16 and Jurassic World is here
I was 4. This is going to be awesome.
yeah i saw all of them in one year
You were 3 in 2001? Jesus Christ I feel old now, I was 8 when that movie came out.
damn i feel old i was 12 when i saw the 3rd one i think i was about 4-5 when the first one came out, saw it in theaters.
If it's 14 years later and you're 16 now, then you were 2 then. And I doubt you remember anything of being 2 years old, let alone being allowed to watch Jurassic Park 3 and then being "pumped" for a sequel.
Chris Pratt riding a motorcycle with raptors on his flank...my life is officially complete
Warning: This attraction may be too intense for children and some adults."
It's her!!!
I bet she saves the day again and kill the I-Rex!
Ryan Cain I hope!
:O you made my night, shes gonna kick some ass, maybe she'll go over to isla sorna and teach the spinosaurus a lesson :D
Zach Lichter Fun fact: She's the largest carnivorous dinosaur in the JP canon.
Tanner Barnes 46 feet long of pure badass'ness even though thats not a word.
"Let's keep it in perspective," Hammond said. "You get all the engineering correct and the animals will fall into place. After all, they're trainable."
From the beginning , this had been one of the core beliefs of the planners.
Ok but why put soo much CGI in the trailers when you're not gonna have those shots in CGI in the movie?
Because do u wanna put so much good moments in the trailer?
Finally, someone who understands!
Jack Hagar I know right.
To quote Chris Pratt when he played Starlord in Guardians of the Galaxy:
-"There's a little pee coming out of me right now."
has anyone ever considered the fact that this movie isnt just for the original fans??? its not always about you...damn.
I just hope an epic battle between T-rex and I-rex
"We made a new attraction.. think it'll scare the kids?" "It'll give the parents nightmares..."
Remember when they did practical FX? Man, those were the days.
THE SETS AND THE APATOSAURUS HEAD ARE PRACTICAL, YOU FUCK.
It's still pretty practical.
0:39
Already confirmed that this will contain a ton of practical effects.
Calling it now that one of those raptors will die saving Christ Pratt's life and we will get all emotional over it. Bonus Points if he screams a dramatic "NOOO!!!" or holds it while it dies.
Sequel features the Raptor-- movie completely excludes major human characters in favor of a raptor army dominating the planet, living side by side humans, and avenging Pratt's death by hunting the long lost hybrid T. rex, which evolves wings in the 14 years, so now it could fly to Hollywood and help writers write a decent script with Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill in it
FunnyVideoMaker77 fucking excellent comment
Looks like you were wrong lol, thank God that didn't happen.
I am still fine with the CG in the trailer
Iqbaal Annaafi Yeah tell me about it....
Iqbaal Annaafi Well yeah until we see the movie....
Oh, did they create the monster-dino from Ice Age 3? :)
Close. Bulkier jaw though, not as long.
They just made a T-Rex and fitted in parts from some other carnivores.
They gave longer arms to the Vastatosaurus from King Kong.
It looks like a Spinosaurus / T-Rex hybrid, with Carnotaurus horns above its eye sockets
The park is open 6.12.15 in 3D & IMAX
For all the people that keep moaning about CGI and real effects, go re-watch the gallimimus scene from the original Jurassic Park. Then tell me that the CGI back then was so much better.
I don't understand what people are complaining about cgi looks fine.
I still don't buy the domestication of the "Velociraptors."
k...
Would you buy the domestication of lions or tigers?
Robin Mikalsen It's illogical.
It took at least 100 years to domesticate dogs and cats... how long have they been domesticating these raptors?
I WouldHaveBelieved Well, not wild lions and tigers, as they're wild.
However, lions and tigers are by definition not domesticated cats, even though some people have raised individuals, they are still more wild cat than domesticated cat.
Domestic dogs are descendants of the gray wolf.
Well it's a movie about gene splicing so I'm sure they'll explain it some way.
Absolutely positively want to buy my tix for IMAX right now.
I wonder what the insurance premium on this iteration of the park is. "Yeah we've tried this a couple of times before, and sure, there've been a few deaths. But come on, guys...DINOSAURS!!!"
i just wanna see the T-rex rip the I-rex's head off in the end. Also, AM I THE ONLY ONE HERE WHO LIKES THE IDEA OF TRAINED RAPTORS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I-Rex vs. T-Rex anyone? :D
Yep
Modern Velociraptor :D
I'm sharing this EVERY WHERE!
Seriously guys stop complaining about the cgi, it doesn't look that bad. If it was too much animatronic you would complain about not enough cgi.
If you really go back and watch Jurassic park again you can't deny the effects have improved.
No I wouldn't. Because good stage effects DESTROY CGI.
So you by this logic you all are saying the following is cg.
0:39
i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab229/cddvder/abbeadc2-9d73-49c7-82ee-2b38779bacb8_zps9f1f8ce0.jpg
www.jurassicworld.org/news/uploads/JurassicWorldTRexSDCC.jpg
And finally, the first film had tons of cg in it, so please stop the complaining.
You can't say this movie sucks before it comes out. But I am pissed that most of the movie is going to be CG. The animatronics were a lot better.
Jack Hagar it's not like the JP movies were all animatronics
in fact, mostly was CG
I know the old JP movies weren't all animatronics, but there were a lot of scenes with them, which is one of the reasons why I loved JP so much
Jack Hagar well, there's animantronics for the apatosaurus, the raptors and indominus
sure that there will be a lot of scenes with animatronics
Oh really! NICE! Im so happy to hear that!
I am gonna love this in fact I love all jurassic park movie since I'm a true jurassic park fan
ohhhhhh for me it's 18/20 for this trailer, I will watch it, I'm sure that Jurassic World will be better that Jurassic Park. :D
never
Ohh C'mon, i actually like the new movie, but i dont think it will be better than the original from 2 decades ago
CharlsCFC11 maybe but I'm sure it will be more chance for a oscar with it ^^
I really like it and I pretty sure that I will love the movie, but mistakes like the guy being there at 0:28, disappeared 0:30 and then back again at 0:31 in an 1 minute trailer makes me sad, and worried for a 2 hours long film..
Why the fuck would you use a out of 20 scale? that's the dumbest thing ever.
How about I use a /50 scale, just for shiggles.
"We're safe in here right?"
Tell that to Lex and Tim.
I loved this trailer but i feel like there using too much CGI
I think they have ruined it further did i just see him use raptors as "pets"?
They aren't pets. From what I understand, Chris Pratt is a part of their pack as sort of the alpha male.
Ahvi303 smarter than humans? nothing on this earth is smarter than us or wed all be on a zoo or dead. lol
Jigsjigz The past films have told us that raptors are smarter than humans.
0:28-0:43 Damm!! Love hearing that soundtrack again.
Why You dont use puppets?!?!??!? It's so easy!!!!
they are
0:39
There is even an animatronic at 0:39.
"It's so easy!!!!"
Shut the fuck up!
So easy? is it? I guess you must be an expert on cinematography, animatronics, and CGI? Right?
HELLL YEAH CHRIS PRATT RAPTOR JESUS LEADER OF THE RAPTOR SQUAD
jahhahahahahaahahahahahahhahaahah
SUPER RAPTOR SQUAD "SUPER RAPTOR!!!!"
I really hope the raptors survive :( they look so adorable when trained,
As many jokes as there are about them, I really don't want those trained dinosaur bros to die.
It *is* geneticially freaking modified,so im cool with that.
But thumbs! There are thumbs! The thumbs! They don't look right! It will bug me for how ever long I feel like it!
***** An early script of the movie had human/dinosaur hybrids as the opposing force. There are even pictures of this. I think the thumbs on the new dinosaur are leftover from the previous script.
The iguadon had thumbs which I think it will be featured in Jurassic world becuase at 0:39 it looks like a iguadon head.
Anyone else notice how the raptors were charging/ running alongside him? I was like Yes!!
yeah, and for those paying attention (not some of you, clearly), the CGI of some repeat scenes in this trailer shows some improvements from the previous trailer. RELAX.
"Everything we got!!!!!" A motorcycle and shotgun!
What's the song of the trailer, at 0:09 - 0:16?
Whether it's the final play of your Super Bowl drive or Jurassic World, you always RUN.
OH... EM... GEE... So excited!
Their first ever hybrid dinosaur. "LET'S MAKE IT A CARNIVORE, WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG."
So excited for this movie though!! x3
This looks EPIC, dying to see it!
That last line is going to be me in the theaters... "We're safe in here, right?" XD But I still can't wait!!
Whats the theme? Was that in the first movies?
Can't wait to see this!
Who came after the new one came out?
Good memories
This looks awesome! I can tell they worked more on the CGI and i can't wait to see it!!
I think the surprise ending we see "trained" T-Rex saving the day.
been watching Parks and Rec, and can't un-hear Andy Dwyer when Chris Pratt talks. haha.
Can. Not. Wait.
This looks awesome.
The theme song made me cry, that best be in the movie.
where can i find the background music of this trailer?
the background music has finally be released with the new Doctor Strange TV spot and the name of the song is called "Undiscovered" by Ninja Tracks
Guys, please stop complaining. The CGI isn't finished, obviously, because this comes out 5 months from now. The tamed raptors? Makes total sense. All animals can be tamed. This movie looks fucking awesome, please stop complaining.
Hope they make more of these :)
I'm so ready to see this. Bring on the Park!
As long as the T-Rex comes in to do some much needed ass-kicking...I will give this movie some support.
This looks badass. Trained Raptors, MINI gun chase, and a GLASS BALL car based on the glass scene in the first Jurassic park. I'm sold to see this
This is NO NEGATIVE RECEPTION!
Never thought I see Raptors and humans fighting side by side. Epic.
Leave for USMC Bootcamp on June 15, 2015. Got to see this before I leave.
NetherwingEgg
My pleasure. :D Actually there's a LOT of trailer music companies out there. Immediate Music, Really Slow Motion, Twelve Titans Music, Confidential Music, Hi-Finesse, Brand X Music, Pusher Music, Position Music, PostHaste Music, Liquid Cinema, The Hit House, Fringe Element, Epic Score, DosBrains, Sub Pub Music / Colossal Trailer Music, Methodic Doubt Music ... And many many more! :)
+ThatDudeRightThere Welp, looks like it's gonna be a loooong day haha
it's called Undiscovered by Ninja Tracks
This is just a theory, but instead of the raptors being savage killers, they're going to act as a hunting squad to hunt down escaped dinos. I think their names are Blue, Delta, Echo and Charlie, also known as the Raptor squad! (I think).
I really hope this sparks another load of films. Not many films like this out there.
