(WIP/Private) ADL Enviro 400 (Euro 5) ZF EcoLife Sound Mod

This is currently a work in progress.
I have tuned the gearbox to shift as per IRL Euro 5 ZF E400s w/ TopoDyn enabled. There are still some things that need to be ironed out, and there will be more potential showcases when these changes are performed.
