i dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the login password. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
1. Russian to single 2. Russian to double 3. Russian to duck under 4. Russian to cross ankle pick 5. Russian 2-on-1 throw 6. Russian to high C 7. Russian to headlock 8. Russian to arm drag
Won a lot of matches with just the arm drag. Was nice seeing it again after all these years. The splat sound it can make when hit with a purpose is music to my ears. Great video.
11 comments? You know what I'm glad no one knows about the Russian tie tho just means we're gonna be more effective lmao. Great video man will be sharing with my team
Great video!!! Can you do it basic series for wrestling, specially because there a lot countries that don’t have good wrestling, I am from Brasil and I am starting to study wrestling to apply on my jiu jitsu game, thanks for yours attention
If I May give you a pice of advice. In the future, use a tripod for recording, or a friend or betterstill a professional. You'll have more succes. The content is great.
You think you know something then you see some jacked dude on youtube shows you 8 different takedowns that you would get blindsided by in a real match.

Great stuff off the Russian.
How do we get in touch? I’d like to set up a one on one training session
Great video. Turn off music pls next time :D Some parts hard to hear your voice.
Great video. Anyone know the title of the first song?
I noticed that your left hand doesn’t keep tight to your body. Do you recommend not to? I was taught to keep it all tight
Keep it tight in situations where a bodylock applies
Mason Schmoekel will vary on reactions and if you want your opponent squaring to get to cross ankle or keeping tight to look and get to nearside etc
You think you know something then you see some jacked dude on youtube shows you 8 different takedowns that you would get blindsided by in a real match.
No fireman's? Nice vid! Appreciate multiple reps of each
