From a biblical perspective Id say treat them with Love. They may have done you wrong, but don’t act as of you don’t have feelings for them still. I love you and you don’t love me, but just because you don’t love me doesn’t mean I hate you. My love for you wasn’t dependent on you loving me back. If you did then wrong then acknowledge it.

She dumped me 4 years ago and ignores me on the street ! I was close to her young kids when we were together for 4 years and sang a song with his name in as I went past recently and she went mad shouting we don't know you and told me to F.O in front of her 10 year old 😆
What's your opinion on that ?

thats hard because online your like yeah im going to do that. Soon as you run into them your heart beat, you studder. All the memories come back or you see them with the partner they left you with or whatever the case is like everything you saw on youtube goes out the window you give them the death stare or avoid at all cost.

Shit..I just ignored my ex while hanging out with common friends
If this was a mistake, how can i make it right ? Because i don't want him to think that I'm holding grudges..even if..that's the case

Honestly, if I ran into an ex, I’d be happy to briefly catch up with them and say Hi and then I’d continue to move on to enjoy my life and my husband. If my husband was with me, and we ran into either an ex of mine or his, I’d be happy to even introduce them. I have no problems meeting any of my husband’s ex’s, as I see no reason to be threatened because my husband is faithful and loyal. My husband likewise, when I did mention my past with the ex’s, said he’s also comfortable with meeting them. Then, after a brief meet-up, we move on
from the ex’s and enjoy our day and life together. That is the healthy mature adult way to deal with an ex, in public.

What if they were shitty and narc and you don't want them back and they disgust you? I don't want him he manipulates and thinks can control me

I actually bumped into my narc ex the other day in the parking lot. She somehow managed to park right next to my car (I was sitting inside). When she noticed it was my car, she immediately reversed. But she sounded really sad and the only thing I did was act like she doesn’t exist. I didn’t even look towards her direction. And that’s really all you can do. They don’t like knowing they don’t have power or control over you anymore. So literally, don’t react.

The setting like the guy in the video was talking about wasnt it because it was her seeing me drive in public and her pretending to need gas and pull up behind me

If no eye contact was made, you did the right thing. It could have gone south really fast. Eg:
      Accuse of stalking/harassment .
Pretends not to know you .
Her new boyfriend shows up .
Starts nice talk about the good times with you then it changes to how evil
You were, her voice get louder and louder people are looking your way security and or 911 gets called , she makes a claim .
You may have saved yourself some grief that day.
